Grand Marc at the Corner

Had no problems requesting help for maintenance and everyone working here explained everything clearly and concisely. I feel very safe living here.

So far so good! Lots of fun free snacks and drinks when moving in. Surprise outdoor pool. What more could you want. I can't make this review long enough so have to add a bunch of characters.

Was a very nice apartment to stay in. Close to campus and had all the necessary amenities like a gym, lounge room, etc. My only complaint was the noise.

I loved the location but there were a lot of problems with the building. We had problems more than once a month and the fines were out of control but overall good stay

The apartment itself was very nice and I enjoyed it. The management however was very difficult to deal with and they found every opportunity they could to charge us for things.

Great Location near The Corner; apartments are furnished! Large facility with pool, onsite parking garage, mail room, and a choice of 1-4 bedrooms to match group needs.

I had a great time at Grand Marc. The location is great and the rooms are very spacious. Whenever I had a problem with the apartment it was resolved within a week. Would recommend.

The GrandMarc at the Corner is in a great location that is close to UVA Grounds. The apartments are greatly sized and spacious. My only criticism would be the noise level. There were a few instances where the noise level was to high during quiet hours making it incredibly distracting.

It's alright. I like the vibe of the building. My room is pretty basic but the bed is comfortable and the shower is hot and that's all I really need.

I lived here last year when I was a student at UVA and immensely enjoyed my time at this property. The staff was the best thing about this apartment complex. Any issue or concern that I had was dealt with hastily. In addition, maintenance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when any issues came up. I highly recommend this place to any future students!

This apartment complex is only around a 10-minute walk from Grounds - and I love being able to take my time before classes and not have to worry about being late!

I have been impressed by the condition at Grandmarc and the quality of the rooms every time I have visited! Location is also fantastic and is undeniably the best location for UVA students.

I have a lot of friends that live in grandmarc and have personally visited multiple times. Everyone time I’ve been there I’ve really enjoyed my stay and the apartments are really well organized. A great place to live for UVA students!

Grandmarc is a lovely place! When I toured to find housing the staff were so helpful and friendly and I just signed my lease!

There is something for everyone at Grandmarc. From the staff to the community, everything is pleasing. I love to get up and just get to working out and go to class. Thank you Grandmarc for the great memories.

Grandmarc is a perfect place to live if you're looking for off-campus housing. Its size allows for so of my friends to live there. The faculty was so helpful during the apartment finding process. If you're still looking for a place to live, I recommend Grandmarc!

The apartments in Grandmarc at The Corner carry an amazing blend between privacy with spacious bedrooms and community with a well organized communal space.

All my experiences with Grandmarc have been fantastic! It's a great community and especially awesome for second years at UVA. Many people have been very welcoming to me and I have had a great time visiting friends there. I can't wait to live there soon.

The times I have been to grandmarc I have been nothing but pleased with how welcoming it is. The people and the place are just great there.

Grandmarc is great because of how many other UVA students live there, and how close it is to classes and the Corner. The staff members are very attentive and the new hallway renovations are looking great.

Grandmarc at the corner is such a great place to live, both for students and young professionals! The location is amazing... right next to the Corner, UVA Health, & UVA Grounds. It looks like a hotel... each floor is painted a different color, and the pool is huge! It also is very secure and garage parking is offered. The office staff is great and super nice; I want to give a special shout out to Sean, who gave me a tour of the Grandmarc. He was very patient, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. He my lease process very smooth and I felt at ease. Definitely recommend to live here!

GrandMarc is a great place to live. I like that I have my own bathroom. The gym is nice and typically there is not very many people in the gym.
