DANGEROUS, Dirty, Rude employees (expect maintenance), broken appliance, leaks, drugs, no A/C. There are constant car break-ins, police cars and ambulances going through this neighborhood and not ONCE will they warn you. I cant walk my dog without stepping in garbage, dog poop, or being offered to buy drugs. I'm doing everything I can to get out of my lease, I pray someone reads this and makes the right decision to go elsewhere.

Hi this is Margaret Fox and I just want to commend BJ and the staff here at Waters Edge of what a great job they have done during this pandemic. You have all gone over and above to accommodate all the needs of the property and particularly myself and roommate I want to thank you everything as I am very impressed about how well-informed you keep us and take care of us as your tenants. I am 65 years old and disabled and BJ always makes me always makes me feel like I'm the only tenant here which I know I am not. The property is in Immaculate condition and I am very proud to live here and would certainly recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to stay this because I know many people get complaints but I wanted you all to know that Michael Fox and myself greatly appreciate the professionalism the kindness and certainly how everyone goes out of their way to fill our every need. This apartment community is fabulous amount accommodating pets and pet parents alike, the pet rent is very in expensive, and there is wonderful bark park in the back of property, along with a huge open field! They always make sure the grounds are well maintained and clean. :)

The neighborhood is conveniently located to the beach and downtown and the grounds are maintained! I really enjoy the walking/ running path surrounding the lake, the office staff is also so friendly and pleasant to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful place to live, very clean, has a beautiful view of the pond, great for walking alone or with your pet, stretching, has sitting benches for an outside picnic with family, has a pool and access to exercising equipment for Residents.

I am telling you, do not move here. I lived here for a little over a year and I don't know how we made it. There were so many cockroaches, at least 4 a day we would find for quite a while, we asked if they would spray for bugs and they "apparently did". Not to mention we had mold in our air vents they refused to test and said it was illegal if we tried to do it ourselves. Management? They do put on a good front whenever they're showing you around but this quickly fades, they will squeeze every penny out of you that they can. Not to mention living in florida you probably want A/C, this is not the place for you, I cant even count how many times ours broke. Our pipes also busted from faulty ones flooding mostly our entire apartment. They did not once deduct anything from our rent only put all of the blame on us. You will not be happy living here.
I recently had my vehicle broken into together with other 2 cars. As when I call the police then tell me that there was 3 previous break ins the day prior. Yet waters edge has not let anyone in the community be aware of this. What a poor management. Also there are breaks in the gates surrounding the property letting trespassers come and go as they please. Moving out ASAP.
Waters Edge exceeded my expectations. The rent was so affordable and exactly what I was looking for, especially for being in a high demand area. My complex and apartment could not be more perfect. The transition into my new apartment was made so easily by the staff. They were super knowledgeable and have been very friendly even before I was a tenant. They were able to accommodate my extremely busy schedule and get me in for a tour. I was so happy to see all the amenities that Waters Edge was providing. A 24hour gym, free wifi in the leasing office, a beautiful pool, tables and lounge chairs, gorgeous landscaping, beautiful buildings, a very nice trail around the whole complex, tons of space, pet friendly areas, bbq areas, a tennis court, volleyball court, and a children's playground. It is also close to amazing restaurants, famous Atlantic Ave. and the beach. It's a gated community and it very easy for guests to come in and out, not to mention that there is plenty of parking. My neighbors are nice, polite, friendly and very welcoming. Waters Edge is also pet friendly which is a huge plus and there is no pet rent. The apartment is fantastic. Not only is it spacious but it also comes with an open kitchen, vaulted ceilings, full washer & dryer and a spacious outdoor patio. The interior is very neutral and comes with track lighting in the dinning area and kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty of cupboards and a small pantry. They have 1 to 3 bd units, with 1 or more baths and the units can be on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floors. They also have valet trash. This was a great surprise! The mail boxes are close to all the buildings as well. Maintenance is super responsive too and fast. If you need something taken care of, they are there for you. Everything in the apartment is very clean and neat. From the trim, to the paint and the carpets. The air conditioner is also quiet and the complex provides free air filters in the leasing office. One of the features that I love is how quiet the apartment is. You can't hear anything and I love it. They also make it extremely easy to pay your rent and utilities online and any maintenance orders are done online as well. The interior and exterior of the units are very nice. I would recommend Waters Edge to anyone. There are good schools, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and night life. Everything is close by and easily accessible making it delightfully convenient.
