If I could give this place 0 stars I would. You pay so much money for absolutely nothing. The fire alarm is constantly going off, the pool pipes exploded & for 4 months, the didn’t fix the problems that the pool caused, there’s leaks all over the building, the structural integrity of the building is horrible & the management & maintenance crews are awful. They don’t care about you or whatever problems their building is causing you. They take forever to do things. They blame the residents for everything. It’s a horrible complex. I would stay away from any apartment managed by Core Spaces.

Fire alarms constantly buzzing every other minute… building wide, they can’t fix it, it’s been about a year. Pool is always leaking down into apartments, they love to jackhammer and drill also… absolute nightmare.

It's mid. Good wifi and location. But lots of maintenance services do not arrive easily. Pest control was never given when I requested it several times. They also keep trying to charge you for everything. The one good thing was the fact that they let me put my bike here for free, and now they will start charging for bike storage next year. Very lame. Apartment will fall apart. Everything is made of very flimsy material.
I really like living here! It's much better than the dorms and the location is amazing with it being so close to campus. The facilities and the apartments are super spacious and comfy. I defiantly plan on renewing again for the next school year.

It’s been good but the maintenance request took like 2 hours. Granted it was 1 am but they told us they would call back quick and every time we called they just said they would talk to the maintenance guy

Hub On Campus just has a nice chill vibe to it, even as school is about to start it doesn't feel crowded, the gym isn't too busy and the chill room too. I really love the amenities and the security of the place. The staff is also super helpful!

Very clean and welcoming. What impressed me the most was that you needed a key just to get into the building, unlike other apartment nearby where anyone can walk in.

Love the place! I was welcomed to free breakfast and lunch on move in day from the super nice workers. The gym and courtyard are very nice and I played ping pong the first night here. However the first night I got here there was a gang or something met up in the chevron lot and 5 cop cars had to clear them out, construction is also pretty loud, and the pool was supposed to be done a few months ago.

Elevate move in was easy and quick! Love the apartment. It is definitely a bit more spacious than where I lived last year. My one issue is that it could have been a lot cleaner upon move in.

The amenities are amazing. The staff are so kind and when there's an issue within the apartment, they quickly get someone to fix the issue. The trash service is so convenient and I really appreciate the system. I love how cozy the apartment is and the appliances are all in good condition. The location is amazing as it is really close to campus so I really enjoy that. Overall, great place.

Good amenities and easy application. Very close to campus making it almost a dorm just fancy. I have already met people going and they are super friendly and excited to have more people.

Good apartment. It is very expensive though and the pool is only 4 feet deep. If you want one deeper you could go elsewhere. Although it is close to campus and convenient.

This place sucks and I want to tell everyone I see touring to save themselves. In building, they took so many short cuts that its scary to live here. People keep getting stuck in the elevators and the fire alarms have been broken so they constantly go off; if there was a real fire no one would evacuate. Everything is constantly breaking, plumbing goes out causing floods, appliances barely work most times, internet will go out on you during exams. The management is clueless, gym is business hours only now (which are hours people are most busy and dont go to the gym), the beautiful pool is unusable, last time I checked the grills dont work, the gates on the garage (that it cost 200 DOLLARS to park in) are never working and will have you trapped. This place sucks save yourself I have had enough of this luxury prison.
