I really like the apartment though the rooms are small it feels like home. As far as i have seen there are no roaches yet so its a good community too. The neighbors don't bother at all...
We've been living here for about a year now and it's been great so far. For the location and the convenience of the bus stop, we've renewed our lease and plan on staying another year!
The leasing office is very helpful and responds to queries promptly. The community is very well kept and clean. The bus stops are nearby for convenience, providing good connectivity.
Simply love the ambience. Found my peace here. Very friendly and supportive staff. Thanks to them for taking care of us and the community. Made the place homey.
moving from out of state to here… centric on 34th looks exactly like the photos and the office staff are really nice and helpful. Specially Anna she everything very easy and stress free
Todo muy tranquilo!!!! Todo muy bien!!! El apartamento limpio, vimos algunos detalles al llegar pero se reportaron y esperamos q los resuelvan pero nada grave!! De resto todo bien, la piscina y el área común son muy bonitos y están bien cuidados
wifi not work when we move in. Website management is bad. Can’t login to the system. Environment over is good. New floor new cooker new swimming pools.
I like living here! It’s quiet no one bothers you and maintenance always takes care of us. Anna at the front is amazing she is very good at her job and cares greatly about the residents

Great management and apartments. Great amenities for families and for college students. Neighborhood is also generally safe. Maintenance workers are also very kind and helpful for any issues you might have in your apartment
Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Only a few things I am disliking. Pool has an incredible amount of black algae in it that has seemed to go untreated for a very long time. While not harmful to people it is something that bothers me as a pool professional. Some minor things on moving in that could've been taken care of before I moved in such as; dishwasher not closing fully or latching making it fully unusable and there is water damage on the floor which should've been repaired but was deemed okay. Other than this the appartments are nice and spacious and the community is very friendly.
7 guys living in one apartment above me parting all night! If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood this is not the place to live! Sad part is the the apartments are awesome,maintenance guys are great and the amenities are awesome here! Sad that they can’t do ANYTHING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE!!
Clean community with a lot of activities for everyone. Their loyalty rewards are also amazing. Karina and Anya are superb! I will definitely recommend Centric to Renter’s like us!

I love this place because it has a lot of great amenities and the rooms and abthrooms are very spacious. The front office is pretty nice as well.
Centric is so beautiful and the environment is always so lively. It is very close to all the shopping complexes so it is very convenient. Overall, I am loving this apartment!
Loving it here! The atmosphere is always so welcoming and all the staff is always willing to help! I have not had any problems at Centric so far.

Great apartment clubhouse, with lots of great amenities. Pictures of the apartments online look very different in person, such as paint chipping, and baseboards warp underneath sink. I wish I checked in person before, to compare pics. Older but remodeled apartment. Staff very nice! Gym & pool are nice !
Move in went smoothly and some repairs needed were handled quickly. Apartment was very clean for move in. The pool and grill area look very nice, they were very busy all weekend.
Everyone in the leasing office is super helpful and friendly. They respond quickly to emails. A lot of amenities. Pool and grills are kept clean.
