Do not stay here. Everything you think of going wrong with an apartment is at maison Burbank. Prices go up for our outside area which is nice but our rooms themselves need renovations so bad

Close to campus and have really efficient staff in the office. Jay is always a very diligent worker and helps a lot.

Such a great apartment with lots of amenities! Leasing office staff is incredible! so friendly & understanding! There’s giveaways almost every week, with great prizes as well. The leasing office also organizes different activities to get involved with! Such a great environment to live in!

new management has come and changed the property around! Desi, Morgan, Jay, Madison & Scott make this enjoyable. From, property upgrades to resident events and all the freebies in between, my roommate and I are really enjoying here!

Hey my name is Kartez and I’ve been living here for a cool minute now I like the area the The apartment complex is very quiet very clean and the new owners came in doing a tremendous job to the apartment complex They has the resort pool 24 hours gym dog park barbecue pits set up at every location outdoor gym in the back volleyball area basketball area …. The area has a brand Ochsner hospital right up the street that they just built we near LSU raising canes… when y’all come in the register ask for Jay He IS SO HELPFUL …. YAll college students better come get you one

First off, this is the first apartment complex that has done everything they said they would. Everything they said would be included, has been included and built or is being built. Every time I come into the leasing office, I get greeted properly and respectfully. Might I add specifically, MADISON and JAY, are two employees that always go above and beyond to helping me with any problems I have.

The new company is so amazing I heard all kinda bad stuff about the old company but the new company actually makes me want to live here they are quick with fixing anything that needs fixing

I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and I love this apartment complex! The staff is very helpful, especially Jay. Can’t wait to renew my lease again so I can continue this great customer service and beautiful apartment features.

I love the Armstrong because they are so understanding and very patient! Easy application. Only allow you (with id) to pick up packaging and I love it because no one else is able to get it. Love the pool, gym, lodge and computer lab for whenever I need to do school work n need a little peace. Overall it’s a good place to live. Staff is super friendly also!

The Armstrong is a great place to stay with friends. The amenities, including the pool, volleyball court, gym, courtyard room & tennis court are great & always available to the residents. I love how accompanying and friendly the office staff is as well. The Armstrong is also pet friendly so I enjoy having a nice trail to walk my dog anytime durning the day. The maintenance for the most part is always on time with request. The gym is always clean & quiet. There are also two rooms on the side of the pool that allows for a quiet study place and a place that you can rent out for small parties for family or friends. The Armstrong also has the cheapest tent you will find on the LSU side AND in Baton Rouge alone. If you want a decent cheap place to stay with nice amenities and events the Armstrong is the place for you!!!

It's a really nice apartment complex. The apartment is nice and they have a lot of amenities. They keep the property really clean and it was an easy move in process. You can't beat the price either. So yeah I'd say it's a great choice.

When it came to my personal room, everything was fine. It was a lot more spacious than I anticipated but the spacious units had some problems. My unit A/C had some issues from time to time but maintenance was quick when it came to repairs.

It’s a good price and a good place to live I like it there and all you have to do is make it like home for you

The management and staff were very helpful and it is a very affordable and nice place to live!!!

Where do I even start! The day I moved in the door was already opened. As I walked in , there was trash EVERYWHERE!! There was trash in the living room , laundry room , and even outside the apartment door. I wish I can upload pictures on here because I would show you all! The room looked pretty cleaned up but that was it. The dishwasher was ATROCIOUS! There were a bunch of roaches & it smelled extremely bad like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. There were just plates and cups sitting in there just dirty ew. The sink was clogged up and everytime we would run water it would like from the dishwasher and it would smell so bad!!! I feel as if maintenance o should have informed the office of the unkempt setting and then informed the people that were already staying there to at least pick up their trash since they had people coming to move in! Also , I do not feel safe here! AT ALL! Too much going on throughout the night especially since I live around nobody but boys. People upstairs, I can hear their loud stumping and rumbling all through the night. I wish I would have did a 6 month lease instead of 12 so I can leave here ASAP! I’m going to try my hardest to get the hell out of this lease! I can not stay here for another couple months. NO THANKS. I’m not comfortable at all. Can never get a good nights rest because of all of the noise going on around me. I’ve had countless of roaches , spiders , lizards just popping out of nowhere. Infestation is real!

Terrible management dirty dangerous bug infested and poorly built

If I could give this apartment zero stars, I would. My family did a walk through of the complex at the end of May. We had to wear masks and gloves as well as give the staff our drivers license to hold. Spick and span on the tour. We weren't given our drivers licenses back and didn't realize until we were out of state. My daughter was waiting to sign a lease until she was sure that school would be face to face. She received numerous messages asking if she was going to sign her lease. She paid an extra $200 to move in early(before 16 Aug), and for it to be cleaned early. What she walked into today was not even ready for an animal, much less a person. There was a litter box left in the apartment full of waste, yes cat poop and plenty of it. From top to bottom the apartment was not ready. She took plenty of pictures and video. I personally made a call to the complex asking to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager said, my daughter was going to be transferred to another apartment and I would receive a call back from the manager. I didn't. My family was under the impression that this complex was really clean and under the circumstances of COVID 19, I would expect more stringent policies in place especially after the mask and glove tour we were given May. I want my daughter and anyone else that rents from the Armstrong apartment complex to get what they expect and not what she discovered today. Ripped, torn and broken furniture, water seeping from laminate in the bathroom, filth and downright disgusting all around.

My apartment is great and I do plan on staying here for a while. I recently broke my foot in 2 places and no one will hire me. Plus I'm a college student, this would help me out a lot!! I

By far the best decision ever the apartment is very comfortable, it's fully furnished, has a patio, and it's quite around the complex. The facilities such as the game room, pool, basketball and tennis court, and workout room is joined with university crescent. So we have access to their facilities too.
