My experience here at Arrive Downtown has been nothing bout wonderful. The place is breath taking and the staff is wonderful. I am new to the building and the building offers everything you can think about such the pool and wonderful rooftop. To put the icing on the cake they even have a rooftop for the dogs and a washroom for them too how neat is that. They also have an arcade room, pool table anything you can think if is here at Arrive.

I love living here! I’ve lived here two separate times and have never had any issues. Leasing office has always been great. They’re very attentive, personable and solution oriented. Maintenance is quick and responsive. The security at the front desk is also great. The amenities are well kept and clean. Zero issues, would highly recommend to anyone!

I love my experience as a new resident here at Arrive Inner Harbor. Everything is within a close walk from home, something I’ve always loved about living in a metropolitan area. There’s just a lot more conveniences, especially for someone like me who doesn’t drive and is new to Maryland. I get to do what I can’t do as much living in the more suburban communities where places tend to be more spread out. After living in Chicago for almost a decade, I wanted to try living in the suburbs for a change, and realized quickly it isn’t for me. Slowly feeling like living here gets worse. Maintenance never comes on a timely manner. Waited almost a week to get maintenance done on my sink and dishwasher. Couldn't wash dishes or clean or out my sink especially when i have a baby and need to wash bottles for an entire week. I loved it at first but now its just starting to suck. Not to mention rent is slowly increasing.

Amenities are fantastic, and the actual apartments are fantastic. The elevators are a little sketchy, we got stuck in one on our first day. The fire alarm is also known to go off what feels like once a month. Given the higher than average price of rent and high utilities, I expected better.

I really have no problem whatever issues are always addressed. Security personnel are friendly. The building is cleaned and nice done daily.

Requests and maintenance are completed in a timely manner. People at the front desk are very welcoming and polite. Parcel packaging is very beneficial when ordering packages and picking them up.

The apartment has been excellent, the shared approach to utilities (based on per square footage not usage) unfortunately does drive up the cost per building as no resident is incentivized to reduce usage. I hope this may be rectified but nevertheless Daisha and Brett are outstanding!

It was a good experience. The space was clean and comfortable, although unfurnished. However, I had concerns about the neighborhood's safety. Despite being well-lit, I still didn't feel entirely comfortable walking around alone at night. The apartment building had good safety features, such as cameras and locks on the doors. However, the rent and utilities are quite high. Overall, it's a secure building.

A lot of very newer style amenities, lots of storage space even in studio apartments! Only thing that’s not the best is the parking- you have to look for your own lot and it’s a little expensive but that’s living downtown for ya!

My experience moving in was great!! The apartment staff were very patient with me. They worked with the veterans company that assisted me with move in cost, and even let me move in on a promissory note while waiting for the check. Customer service has been amazing since the move in all the way down to the staff downstairs in the lobby. Overall great experience so far!

Arrive Inner Harbor isn’t luxury living. It took more than four months for my shower enclosure to be fixed. The building manager, would lie to my face unmotivated about the repair status and then charged me ($1,800+) for the repair when it was finally completed. The leasing office staff lack standard communication to inform residents of important changes and processes. Go somewhere else to spend the same amount of money for more amenities and transparency.

Besides the fire alarm going off often and the crazy expensive utilities this apartment complex is good. Definitely room to improve they used to have more events for residents but due to AI system they no longer have a resident coordinator.

Great location with nice amenities but has decreased sense of community and communication from management team especially over the last year (2024). It would be great to have resident events and with notice to attend (ie more than one hour before event start time) especially as most are seeking community. For communication more can be done especially around moved packages without notice, fire alarms and amenities like the pool. In the summer no email was sent that the pool was open, when I went to the office to ask and what hours I received attitude from the staff who didn’t know but claimed to live here and in late summer an email was sent about pool passes but no further communication was sent for when the pool passes arrived or when the pool would be closing. Further at the pool the electric outlets and TV have not worked the last 2 years and continue to not be fixed.

The leasing office team members are all great! They are professional, friendly and all ways happy to help with any problems or queries I may have. Communal areas are all very tidy and kept in good condition. I have had few complaints regarding our actual unit, it's very quiet- the walls block out 99% of the street noise.

Hi I just moved in about a month ago. So far I really like it but I do wish the building would take complaints and inquiries more seriously, especially given that living here isn’t cheap and it’s “luxury.” The people above me are constantly loud with their bass and stereo but they’ve done nothing to resolve this. I really hope they care about their residents like they claim.
