Thomasville by Broadmoor

Just moved out after 4 years and really enjoyed living here. Staff at the office is great and always friendly. Any issues with the apartment were almost always handled the same day. Units are a little bit dated, but for the price, it is fair.

Love my home here at Thomasville! I’ve been here almost three years and look forward to more. Exceptionally friendly and caring staff with great customer service skills: office and maintenance staff. Great fitness center, pools, sports bar and much more.

I lived at Thomasville for six years and it was a great place to call home! Loved all the amenities like full size gym, theatre, and a pool that has bar service. Most importantly, the office staff is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and quick to help you with whatever you need. My maintenance requests were always responded to promptly and the grounds were always well kept. Could not recommend enough. Thanks for everything, Thomasville!

The recently renovated units will look nice but don't let it fool you. The building is still extremely old and you will notice. The walls are paper thin and the attics creak so loud that they wake you up in the middle of the night. We submitted multiple maintenance requests to have someone look in the attic. We waited over three months for someone to come look. After they did, they told us "there is nothing we can do, the buildings are old."

You will not find a better apartment community in Omaha to call home in. The units are updated, modern and spacious, the property includes every amenity you could possible need and want year round. To top it off the staff is the absolute best, professional, prompt with service / maintenance request, courteous, personable, friendly and welcoming. I'm currently in my fourth year of tenancy and happily staying put.

I love Thomasville! We moved in back in October and it has been great, we have had no issues. The amenities are awesome and the office staff are always so polite and welcoming. Plus there is a Hy-Vee located right down the street which is very convenient. I do wish they would accept dogs though, we would stay here much longer if they did.

My the apartment rocks it was a little more than I wanted to spend initially but when I found out all the great perks of the complex I would rather live no where else. There's am indoor pool and an on site bar!! way too cool

This apartment complex has night security guards and secure entries into the individual buildings. The office staff are professional and friendly, with the emergency maintenance staff also being terrific! - they arrive at your apartment in less than an hour after reporting a broken freezer. I moved out of state for a few years, after living at Thomasville for 4 years; then after returning to Omaha there was no question as to where I would live - Thomasville! Computers with Internet access, huge gym, indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs as well as being close to groceries, gas stations & restaurants - Thomasville has it all!

The property is nice, always up to date on everything. All of the employees are nice and helpful. Everyone is like a family. I recommend them to anyone!

It is in a good neighborhood. They do a good job maintaining the outside and inside. You can make a maintenance request online. They respond to your request in a timely manner. They have a fitness center. Secure building entrance. Friendly staff.

Nice apartment complex with great amenities and a hardworking staff. Large workout area and two pools that are well kept. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Omaha. Located next to a golf course which provides great views. If you are against cigarette smoking this place is not for you. It does not say on the website but residents can smoke in there apartments which causes others to smell and deal with.
