Life Time Living at Gables Station

Connie & Carlos made our move in process so easy and so great! The tour was incredible and things have been easy & smooth. So excited to live here!!

It is definitely a young person's apartment building. Very lively, and I love the amenities. The strong sense of community coupled with these amenities make comfort and fun consistent partners.

From the moment I began the leasing process, I was welcomed with professionalism and warmth. The management team has been incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions promptly and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It is clear that Lifetime Living takes great pride in providing excellent service. I have had the opportunity to explore the property and am genuinely impressed by the pristine condition of the grounds and the modern, well-maintained amenities. The atmosphere feels both inviting and vibrant, and I can already envision myself enjoying the community spaces like the fitness center, pool, and clubhouse. Additionally, I appreciate the sense of community that Lifetime Living fosters. From the friendly residents I have met to the thoughtful touches around the complex, it is evident that this is a place where people feel at home.

Great place for young family ! Lots of amenities, restaurants and gym access is awesome. Also give access to other gym clubs and athletic clubs state wide which is great

We are still loving living here. The buildings and community spaces are well maintained. Issues within our apartment are resolved quickly. The location is excellent and the gym membership and proximity to the gym cannot be beat!

The whole experience was smooth and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The Parkin lot is an opportunity for residents, getting in and out can take 15 min or more.

Great place to live---love that everything is convenient and walkable. Lots of college kids--but the staff is very quick on any issues that come up. We really love the community and the renovated amenities.

Great apartment, the appliances are modern and there is plenty of space, elevators and common spaces are always well functioning and clean. The amenities are amazing! Newly renovated pool and free access to the Lifetime Gym in the building. Also, such a bonus having a Trader Joe's in the building!

Enjoying the amenities Lifetime offers in the heart of Coral Gables! Everything is nearby or on the premises. The staff is great. The leasing office is always helpful. I love my peaceful apartment.

The location is great and the units are nice! Leasing office is very uninvolved and appear to be overwhelmed by the number of residents. When my unit was flooded due to another resident's mistake, they did the bare minimum to help me. My rent remained the same, I paid the additional electric bill they acquired by plugging so many fans into my outlets and when I asked to be relocated due to fear of mold or long term damage they offered no price break. Additionally, the parking is out of control. Residents are forced to fight gym members, trader joe's shoppers and restaurant guests for a parking spot.

Nothing but good things to say. The staff is great, the place is in a good location and overall I am happy. I would recommend this to anyone.

Best place in Coral Gables. Beautiful and modern and top notch amenities. From the amazing gym to the beautiful pools…..luxurious living! And having numerous restaurants and Trader Joe’s in the building is just another perk and convenience.

apartments are clean and luxurious however rent is too much for what it is and they make you pay for some utilizes that you don’t even use!! Parking sucks there is never space !! but amenities are wow

We have only lived here for a week, and so far we are loving it! The leasing office is an absolute pleasure to work with, having the Lifetime gym in our building is amazing, and I am loving the community events that are hosted frequently. Seems like we made the right choice in selecting this building!

I love living at Lifetime living in Coral Gables. I am one of the oldest residents here and I wish I never had to leave. I got everything right here, lifetime gym, traders joes, grazianos, Erba, Dr Paul Aaroz. Everything is here or walk distance. I have looked many places around this area but nothing beats this building the amenities, the people, the staff are amazing too.

Love the building and maintenance comes very fast! all the amenities make it so worth it! I enjoy having the option to take various workout classes every day!

The location and amenities are the absolute best! It’s walking distance from everything and pretty close to the Grove, which is one of my favorite areas in Miami. Lifetime gym is such an amazing perk! So happy with my new apartment.

The building is perfectly kept - leasing is competitive but has good incentives. helped with the quote and the move-in. The unit was in pristine condition. Maintenance at Lifetime is amazing for the way they keep the building almost perfect at every corner.

I am just stopping in to write a review about my tour experience here, as I was wanting to know more information about this place and the lifestyle it affords its residents. Overall, I am very impressed with their offerings and the amount of space the units efficiently utilize. The staff seemed very attentive and courteous, in particular Leonardo, the front desk agent who received me and took care of registering me, and Connie the leasing agent who gave me the tour, as well as explained how to navigate their website to be able to check back on my own for vacancies, pricing, floor plans, etc. She was professional and pleasant, and made the whole idea of living there and joining their community seem simple and seamless. Thanks again.

I love living at lifetime coral gables close to everything by the gym and traders joes . I wish I could live here forever. I looked so many places before settling here. I am one the people that moved in on the beginning living here for over two years and loving it.

I love my unit and the location of the building, as well as the access to the gym. I do feel the leasing office is extremely difficult to get in touch with and the front desk associates are inconsistent. When my unit flooded at the beginning of this year, I didn't feel supported or thought of by the staff beyond a daily small box of snacks. They didn't offer to rehouse me, lower my rent, pay for the electricity they used, or checkin to see if there were any problems created by the flooding. The lack of parking is also tremendously inconvenient and the restrictions placed on my bringing guests to a pool directly below me is frustrating as well. LifeTime has potential to be one of the best buildings in the area if more staff is hired to run the leasing department to assist current and incoming residents.

The staff has made the early living experience very enjoyable. Maintenance provides great support and very quickly. The front desk staff is very attentive and ensures safety of packages.

It’s a great building and invests a lot in its community. I wish the parking lot was a little more controlled with assigned spots especially during peak hours it can get dangerous.

Very convenient location along Dixie Highway, convenient to UMiami and Coconut Grove. Lots of conveniences nearby. Like the amenities of the bldg.

It’s been a pleasant year thus far. Great community events and awesome new amenties. The gym is my favorite amenity. My second favorite is the ease of access to Trader Joe’s rain or shine.

It has been a very smooth rental process. The building is clean and updated with new appliances and is located in a great part of Miami. The pool is very nice.

My car was broken into on the 6th floor of the garage in the building and they attempted to steal it. A lot of damage to the wiring and broken windows. To my surprise the detective that called me said that this is a very serious issue with that garage and happening a lot. The detective and officer that wrote the report couldn’t believe that there are no cameras on each level and just at the exit. I’m getting my car repaired now and there’s a lot of damage and I’m afraid to bring the truck back because it will most likely happen again if nothing changes. I know you guys know that this is an issue because he said the Coral Gables police department had a meeting with the management about the garage thefts today. Something needs to be done ASAP like more cameras, security guards or both or you will start losing a lot of tenants including me!

There is a very loud train that is far too close to the building. They advertised sound proofing, but there is no such system as far as I could tell while living there. Even on a very high floor it was difficult to sleep with the train. There is nowhere to take pets outside except beneath the train bridge which is too loud. The building was sold and the rent increased about 50% without proper notice. The new management is …well, I will be polite and not comment about that. I would not recommend this property and I suggest anyone considering it visit and look carefully before signing a contract. There are many other options. If you would not rent an apartment on the runway of an airport, then you probably wouldn’t want to rent an apartment at a train station either. I did not enjoy it.
