Memphis sits on a high bluff above the Mississippi River, carrying the weight of American musical history alongside a present-day economy that moves at a serious pace. FedEx, AutoZone, and International Paper all call the city home, giving the metro area a broad commercial foundation that extends well beyond tourism. The University of Memphis and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital add major educational and medical anchors that draw people from across the country. Known as the birthplace of rock and roll and the cradle of the blues, Memphis shaped the soundtrack of a nation — Sun Studio, Graceland, and the Stax Museum of American Soul Music stand as living proof.
Neighborhoods here each carry their own personality. Midtown offers tree-lined streets and proximity to Overton Park, while Downtown and South Main attract those who want converted warehouse lofts close to the riverfront and the National Civil Rights Museum.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

First off, I absolutely LOVE this stuff!! I will make the process manageable, informative and most likely entertaining! I’m a Cajun from Louisiana with a fun personality. I’ve been at this since I was 21. I started flipping houses while I was serving in the United States Air Force. In 2003, I became a licensed real estate agent and started helping buyers and sellers. I was raised on a farm in South Louisiana where hard work was the only option and being a man of your word was your most valuable asset. My background combined with college, years of RE training, seminars, reading, and trial and error has led me to accomplish success for myself and my clients. Daily, it’s my mindset along with my military training and continued education that helps me serve my clients’ needs. I ANGUISH over my clients’ happiness. I have a list of accolades and a bookcase full of awards and recognition from my years in this industry. Even some in the attic collecting dust. I won’t list all here and just note instead that hard work pays off and that repeat clients and referrals given is the best award! My wife Angela (a proud Native American – Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina) and I have 5 children and one new granddaughter together. I have three girls and one son that range in age from 18-28. Angela has one son who is 16. Angela serves in the public service sector and is a contracts attorney for our local Government. We love our nonhuman family members as well. Between all of us, we have 8 dogs! When all together it’s defiantly a party! Ha! If I’m not helping clients with their real estate needs, I’m enjoying my family. Boating, family cookouts, hiking, and long walks with the pups. I appreciate life and definitely get the most out of it!
