Like many of the other reviews say, this apartment complex is a great option for the price. With parking, utilities, and amenities included you know what you’re going to pay every month and it’s a great price for what you get. The 2x2s are so nice so that you can live with who you want and not have to risk it on having random roommates.

The office people are nice and helpful. My questions are answered quickly and thoroughly. Out of all the student living options available, Campus West is one of the better options.

Possibly the best value for money in a Tallahassee apartment. Privileged location (in the coverage area of discounted night Lyft rides), on the affordable side for a 2/2 apartment, utilities all included, great amenities, and best of all, quick and responsive staff and maintenance team!

Great place to choose if you're looking for a more quiet, relaxed place, especially for a STEM major like me. Additionally it is really close to campus and a great meeting point if you want to hang out anywhere on the west side of town.

I've had a great experience living here. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are always clean and well-kept. My unit was move-in ready and exactly as described. Parking has been easy, and the neighbors are respectful. Overall, I’d highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to live.

everything was done to perfection the staff was so helpful and didn't hesitate to answer any questions that we had along the way. The staff made me feel comfortable and very welcome.

When I first moved in, I met a bunch of new people at the campus west mixers. I’m still very close friends with a majority of them. The amenities at campus west are great to use, the gym is very nice. My only complaint is that we don’t have barbells at the gym.

Living at Campus West has honestly been the best decision I’ve made. The location is unbeatable—being steps away from Target, restaurants, and campus makes life so convenient. The apartments are spacious and modern, with everything I need to feel comfortable and at home. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help with anything I need. Whether it’s maintenance or just picking up a package, they’re always on it. If you’re looking for a place that’s safe, stylish, and close to everything, Campus West is 100% the move. I love it here!

I've lived here for three years. This is definitely one of the most secure properties I've lived at in Tallahassee. I feel safe knowing FSU Police is always patrolling, as well as the fact this is a student only community due to this being FSU Campus. The location is also great, being right by both the Publix shopping center on Ocala and the Target one on West Tennessee. I plan to keep staying here until I finish my graduate degree, and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an apartment.

The staff is amazing they went above and beyond to make things possible that I was not sure could be possible, they never hesitate to answer any question no matter how big or small MANAGEMENT AMAZING !!

Great location, friendly staff, cozy amenities all near FSU and TSC campus. Bus stops are also available on to the ends of the complex. Packages now have cool new feature that provide lockers and app only access to retrieve parcels

Living here has been a great experience. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the location is ideal for school, shopping, and daily needs

It was a lovely experience overall, though there were moments when the loud noises made it a little overwhelming. The atmosphere was vibrant, the people were welcoming, and the energy was contagious—just wish the volume had been a bit lower at times.

Very calming that goes perfectly along with beautiful scenery. Very homely feeling. Wonderful deals. Praise God for this community and apartment complex. It’s a blessing.

The apartment has been very nice, it is well kept and the amenities are wonderful. However, I have had issues with maintenance, I’ve had to contact the front office multiple times about issues.

It's great all around and the atmosphere is good. The staff are excellent and the amenities are wonderful. Conveniently located with things to do daily all around.

maintenance request 4x though front desk is usually nice. the new amenities and renovations makes its more worth my while and the new delivery system has been efficient in my experience.

I like how quiet it is at home. Wish the gym was improved a little bit. Pool is very nice and I appreciate the effort of trying to have events for the residents.

Best pet-friendly apartments. Always see staff cleaning up the parking lot and around the buildings. All staff including maintenance friendly.

Overall, Ive liked living here. The most important thing to me is that I feel safe walking around my apartment anytime of day and there is little crime from what I can tell. There are all the normal issues of college apartments(sometimes macitence doesn't fix things on time, you have to schedule for bugs etc) but I haven't had a major issue with it. I did renew for the next year if that tells you anything.

The lease sign up process is pretty simple and easy. The facilities/amenties are very nice. The rooms are a standard size, and parking is free which is very good!

It’s better than the other apartments. It is nice and cozy. It has enough room and not as hectic as other residential buildings and areas. I love it !

Great experience all around except for the delta chi and pike noise. I would 100% live here again if not for them. They are generally not an issue except for the two or three times a month they throw a party during the week.

Well kept up place with great staff. Some nights do get loud around 2-3am but that's to be expected at any complex. Apartments was clean and ready at move in. Great location

Being a resident at campus west has been my best experiance in Tallahassee. The staff and maintenance is great and they have been nothing but helpful and welcoming.

The community is good and it is near publix which is a plus. I also like the study room and gym, although it is small. It is also right next to the bus station which is a great benefit.

The complex is beautiful and the staff is so helpful and friendly. All the amenities are amazing, especially the student lounge and pool! I am extremely excited about moving in!

It’s good living here but only of the social area was open 24/7 and the gym too since many of us have classes on summer and cannot make it on time for the gym

Location is super convenient, lovely staff and the units have everything anybody could ask for in an apartment. Also it's the only apartment I've been to on tallahassee that doesn't have an issue with mold, bugs and plumbing.

Living at Campus West has been an amazing experience. With new renovations and added amenities, this play undoubtedly becomes the best place in proximity to the campus to stay.

I enjoy staying at Heritage Grove as a resident. The atmosphere is accommodating and near FSU campus. Everything feels more convenient since living here!
