Flower Park is a neighborhood in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana. Rentals in this area range from mid-range to upscale and you’ll be within walking distance or a short drive of abundant amenities. The palm-tree-lined streets of Flower Park are packed with small businesses on every corner, so residents don’t have to go far to get what they need. The neighborhood is also home to Santa Ana’s government buildings and several urban parks. Between 1st Street and West Santa Ana Boulevard, you’ll find dozens of eclectic restaurants, boutiques, beer halls, and more. Flower Park is also home to the Santa Ana Stadium, a city-owned stadium used for block parties and graduation ceremonies. Although this urban neighborhood with a SoCal twist had plenty to offer, Flower Park is only about a 30-minute drive to several scenic beaches like Huntington Beach and Newport Beach.

Property Ratings at Artists Village Apartments
I just signed my lease fore a 2nd year at Artist Village, and I am still loving it. I love the area, people, and staff. Maintenance is always on top of everything, and there is always something fun going on at a local restaurant, farmers market, or movie theater! Everything you need is local, and the prices are well set.
Hate the new logo but they're dog friendly, quick to respond to maintenance requests, in a convenient location. Generally happy here.
It's a great place to live in, clean, and at the center of downtown Santa Ana, you can't go wrong.
