Excellent staff . Everyone I have met has been cordial, helpful and professional. The facility is well maintained. It has a pleasure to be a part of this community. Being dog friendly is a super bonus.

Great location, walking distance to so many places. Pool is nice in the summer, apartments are well thought out, maintenance fixes things quickly and management usually has at least one social event every month.

Been here since 2016 with no plans for leaving. With the new multi use baseball/soccer/concerts stadium, it makes life at Marble Alley Lofts even more of a no brainer when it comes to leasing choices in Knoxville.

This 5 star rating is specially for the new management team, led by Bethany James and ably assisted by Cameron and Siarra. Appreciate the great work you guys are doing. Keep it up!

The community here is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Marble Alley hosts regular community events that allows me to meet and befriend my neighbors, creating a sense of safety and security as well as community here! Happy hour on Wednesdays, and monthly events really does bring everyone together! 10/10 would recommend living here ????

We absolutely love it here! The location is central to everything downtown and the amenities are always well kept. The convenience of having parking in downtown is very underrated

I'm just moving in now however thus far have througholy enjoyed my experience. The leasing staff were incredibly helpful and pleasnt to work with. Everything is clean and feels high end. Im excited to utilize eveyrthing MAB has to offer.

Our residence experience continues to be good. It's nice to be a part of this great apartment community. Pleased to see various upgrades by the apartment management. Would appreciate if the following suggestions are considered: 1) Please make a provision of a microwave oven in the Club house to facilitate heating food. 2) Please mark the floor levels in the parking garage. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Property management is top notch! Thank you for the wonderfully easy move-in. The atmosphere is conducive for professional success and neighborly social life.

Aside from the price gouging that goes on here, I had an experience with a flood in my apartment and was not notified while I was away. The Management Team for Highmark and Marble Alley are horrible people.

The complex is very clean and all amenities are well kept. The area is perfect for downtown living. I love living here, the people are all super friendly and welcoming.

The Residence experience continues to be very good and improving over the years. Pleased to see various upgrades - enabling access-control for the garage doors was a great move to enhance the community's security. Winter is here and it's getting cold everywhere. The apartment itself is fantastic—modern and filled with natural light, making it feel like home right away. The amenities like the gym, pool, coffee bar and lounge areas are great for unwinding after a long day. But what really makes this place special is the management team. They are always friendly and quick to help, which adds to the welcoming vibe. Community Events- One of my favorite aspects of living here has been the community events. Whether it’s wine night, community event, or a holiday party, there’s always something fun happening. I particularly love the food related events because it feels like a big family gathering.

I’ve been living in my apartment building for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The amenities are fantastic – everything I need is right here, making life so convenient. It’s also super pet-friendly, which was a huge factor for me. The whole community is friendly, and everyone from the residents to the staff is welcoming and kind. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need, which makes it even better. The team in the leasing office is always incredibly friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions or assist with anything. All the staff in the building are wonderful too – they go above and beyond to help whenever needed. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

First time living in a downtown environment for me. Marble Alley has been the perfect spot! Nice, spacious apartments with tons of amenities and a caring staff. Everything I want to do downtown is only steps away.

All has been great. Maintain pool and keep the area clean. Elevators and gate are maintained well. Gym is a great asset for all residents. Have just the right amount of after hours activities.

I love living here! They are accommodating and always supportive. Makes living here comfortable. I love the coffee bar and pool area for bbq with friends and family when they come visit!

I have been living at Marble Alley for about a year now, and I can confidently say that my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. One of the highlights of living here has been the incredible events organized by Caitlyn and Blake. From seasonal parties to fitness classes, wine nights, and pool parties, there’s always something happening that brings residents together. These events have not only been fun but have also fostered a sense of community that Is hard to find elsewhere.

The maintenance team is always so helpful! Very nice and always are nice to my pets as well when they come to help! They also are always quick to help after submitting a maintenance request!

I absolutely LOVE living here! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been blown away by how friendly and welcoming everyone is. The leasing office staff are incredible — always going above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The location is unbeatable, close to everything I need, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. One of my favorite things is the dog park right next to the building. It’s such a great spot for my pup to play, and it’s so convenient for me! I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located to downtown. Apartments in good condition and being updated. Not very noisy and not a lot of college students like you would have closer to campus.

I have lived at Marble Alley Lofts for almost 2 years and it has been nothing less of incredible! The location, security, events, upgrades, amenities, and the staff is all amazing!

It is super convenient location and everyone is so nice! They really put lots of effort to make this place fun with organizing activities. The only imperfection is I can hear loud music in my bathroom from my neighbor.

Apartment was shot by a gun while out of town working… pretty bazar. Not really sure if coming back is the best option. Moved here because I thought it was a safe home space. 3 stars because I love the staff but security should be taken more serious.

Everything in working order and clean when we moved in. Conveniently located in downtown Knoxville with lots of restaurants in the area. Parking conveniently on site and also plenty of curb/metered parking for visitors.

Living here has been a great experience. The location is amazing! Right in between down town and old city there’s always some place to go. The farmers market on Saturdays or any of the great restaurants in market square or cool coffee shops in the old city. Being right next to the dog park is one of the highlights for my pup. He loves going there and running around with other dogs. Lastly having a balcony was something I took for granted before this place. Being able to sit outside when the weather is nice and drink a cup coffee is so calming. If you’re looking for a perfect location and friendly neighbors you will find that at Marble Alley Lofts.

It’s been pretty good so far. I’m on the first floor and have had a couple things stolen off my porch. But I guess I can’t expect anything less due to the foot traffic down here.

Marble alley lofts are in a great spot in downtown Knoxville! The Management Team and staff make my experience feel like, Home! I have met so many friends at there social gatherings, which moving to a new state can be intimidating. But marble alleys team helped me with that transition! I been here now for 5 months everyday of it. See you at wine hour Wednesday and bowling next week!! Thank you

Marble Alley Lofts is a great place to live that is proactive in maintaining first rate facilities. With its central to downtown location and assigned parking, for residents, Marble Alley Lofts is the perfect place for me.

I moved in yesterday and love it already! So many amenities and such a great location!! So glad I chose marble alley to live in for the next year!
