The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Edition
The Edition is a charming and comfortable space that provides me with a “quiet” type of luxury and good quality living. It’s surrounded by a few restaurants, stores and parks that I like, and the area is safe enough for me to walk my dog early mornings and evenings as needed. I’ve been living here for almost FIVE years now and I still love my unit, my great view of the pool during the warmer seasons, and the 24-hour gym! The management team (Natasha and Darion) do a great job with client-facing and keeping the property well-maintained. The maintenance staff are skilled and fast, and the Concierge support (Erica) is always warm and helpful in managing my packages and going the extra mile to get to know me and my dog in passing - which adds a “nice touch” to my resident experience. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. I’m very comfortable here and love the onsite amenities, especially the convenience of having a “dog wash” room! I would recommend this property to any responsible professional seeking a beautiful sanctuary surrounded by EVERYTHING. Thanks to the entire staff at The Edition for making my living experience over the years enjoyable and thus my decision “easy” to keep renewing my lease! Keep up the good work!

Great environment and good customer service from the office personnel
Location and modern interior design. 4th of July View was the most amazing I have ever seen.
Exquisite taste and clean additionally to safety and security is the most important for me.
For a student it tends to be expensive. But def a better place to live than other neighboring places. The trash room being filled most of the days was also slightly annoying. Also parking for guests was impossible at times.
the location is great and i really LOVE how well-stocked the gym is. that's a huge plus. the kitchens are BEAUTIFUL. absolutely worth it! i would warn them about neighbors/the super thin walls.....we have some upstairs neighbors who happen to be very loud at not so great hours which is a normal risk for apt life....but the walls/ceilings here are sooo thin that i have on several occasions been able to stand in my bedroom and record full conversations from above us. so when they argue or play loud music at 11:30pm and such...it's not great. nothing you can really do about that...except perhaps occasionally remind about times when noise in the complex should be more limited. don't know. i'd recommend they get a white noise machine upon move-in for sure! ha.
The Edition has finally brought back Wine Down Wednesdays! It was canceled after Randy left, but now since Tere is here ...IT'S BACK!! Things are looking up! I love that someone has come to implement community events again!! It is important to have community events, especially for those of us from out of town. We don't really know people and it gives a safe and staying feeling to know we are apart of a community. It's so refreshing to have the new editions at The Edition. The new faces & personnel were much needed. Tere, Tayna, and Eric have really begun to restore the pride for this building within the residents. Eric has got to be hands down one of the best maintenance men! Tere and Tayna are both so helpful, positive, upbeat, respectful, and always willing to listen to residents concern...that is polar opposite of Donna and Salemawit. The Edition could be a wonderful place, but the old management has to be trained on how to connect, communicate, listen, and not drag their feet on issues that are concerning to residents. The old management only moves when something bothers them, because they don't live here. It is important to remember the residents keep them employed, an empty building doesn't need management.
It's a very nice, comfortable building in a great location and the residents and staff are very friendly.
Donna and staff at the Edition are great and the apartment is nice with a great price and terrific specails; which is a great plus. Love the amentities; and the location is an easy access to public transportation. Based on these factors, and not the move-in experience; I would defintely recommend the Edition.
community overall is nice. i just wish there was more security and controlled access such as controlled access elevators, etc.
I would recommend. However there are some improvements that need to be made, such as enforcing animal waste pick up in the dog play area. It appears there is no enforcement of this as the dog area has an excess amount of animal waste left behind by owners.
It's Convenient To Metro And Shopping Is Right Outside Your Door
I think it is a great place to live in. People are nice, polite. The management is excellent, they exceeded my expectations.
Very nice community, but residents need to be cleaner (litter, dog poop, etc). I understand that is not the responsibility of management.
The low flow toilets could be improved. Even when I hold the handle down the flushing is incomplete and requires multiple flushes which defeats the purpose of low flow to begin with.
Price is a bit high for the area and for the school zone it falls in
Horrible management! Poorly developed community with cheap appliances and air circulation system that does not work properly; constantly smelling foul smells and burnt smoke fumes through vents in apartment. Trash rooms nasty and smelly. Simply not worth the high price rent, excessive fees, and being locked into a lease for 13 months.
I would recommend this apt community with advisement that the monthly payments does fluctuate and the office staff never answers the phone.
The vistor parking has to get better for people who have out of town family visiting.
Reasons for Recommending: The Concept and theme of the apartment, interior design, ambience of rooms, color and cleanliness, proximity to mall facility and transport services, professionalism and congeniality of office staff
The staff who took me round was patient to hear and attend to my needs.
love the community feel. Building is clean, and beautiful. Responses to issues occur incredibly fast.
Love the agent, like the location, still worried about mice
