It has been plenty of Time, That myself or roommates needed help with something as simple as our a/c going out or we need a little more time to pay rent. they Always help us especially when it is needed most
I lived at The Enclave for two years and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in apartment living. The community is well maintained and incredibly beautiful. There is a lake in the middle of the community with a picnic table to enjoy some nature. The amenities are well kept, and the team is very helpful and considerate. Service team is very quick to respond and always pleasant to work with.
I highly recommend the enclave! There is a great variety of amenities and their rates are very reasonable while still having good quality living. The staff is super friendly and Jasmine especially is always super helpful to me and goes above and beyond for the community!
Went in last week the leasing office team answered all my questions and provided great customer service. Thank You all !
I have had lots of issues in terms of roommates smoking and not keeping up, and gone to management for help several times but they are rude, give me nasty looks and it is always a hassle when I come in looking for help. They are only here to get every penny from you.
I have heard gun shots outside my window before, but always hoped they were just firecrackers. Tonight, my fear was confirmed as cops knocked on my door to question us about the shooting that took place at our building. When will this end and how long until enclave continues to pretend to be a gated community with no one to open/close/guard the gates?
There was a shooting last night at about 2 right outside our window. Called the cops immediately after and they took evidence and left. When we called the office in the morning asking if there was any details regarding it or if there would be any additional security we were met with a rude response and told that if we wanted security to “call corporate”. They didn’t care that somebody shot a gun right outside our window. Glad to be getting out.
