I don’t feel safe out here, nor do I feel as though you ask cares about the residents safety or us as a whole. If I would’ve known this is how this was going to go I never would’ve moved out here or signed a lease. I will never recommend living out here to anyone.

Everything has been going so good so far, only been staying here for about 6 months now. Haven’t had any real problems with the apartment besides clogged toilet, other than that things have been going great.

Lovely and nice staff the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The area is clean and close to many food places. It is close to fsu and about 10 minutes from famu. The workers are always willing to help the residents and go out of their way to make sure you have a nice time.

Not a problem with the staff, maintenance tries to stay on top of everything, you get what you pay for. The actual apartment isn't that bad, neighbors can get a little annoying and throw trash everywhere. It gets picked up though.

It’s okay for the price, just a lot of shootings last year. Also beware your carpets may be ruined when you first move in and not cleaned your entire stay.

Smokers hub. I am pissed! Very reluctant management and unresponsive maintenance team. It's all regrets since I moved in. I do not recommend.

The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment

I love the set up of ny apartment and it's convenient but other things need to be worked on. Initially, I did not have the best experience but it has gotten better.

Living at Social2700 has been a convenient experience. The location is perfect, close to FSU, which makes getting to campus easy. The apartment is always clean, and the common areas are well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One thing I appreciate is that it's rarely crowded, so using the amenities like the pool or gym feels comfortable. The management regularly organizes lunches, breakfasts, and coffee gatherings to help residents connect, but I haven't had the chance to attend due to my school schedule. The only downside I’ve encountered is that maintenance requests can take a long time to be addressed. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re looking for convenience and a quiet environment to focus on your studies.

Maintenance could be better in attentiveness and getting things done. Community isn’t bad at all, love having a nice space to live in, gate needs to be fixed though.

Everything has been cool so far. I like that some of the maintenance workers try to get things done quickly. Everyone in the leasing office also seems very nice.

I think my time here at the Social was well spent. I do think they can do a bit more renovating, and upgrading the shared kitchen area and bathroom area in bedroom. Other than that, it’s fine. Have a great day

It’s been alright the only complaint is our dryer is still broken after a month of having the maintenance request in. finally was able to talk to one of them but they said they were just now calling the people to get new dryers.

One of the biggest issues with the complex is the apparent lack of care for the residents and anyone else who lives onsite. Representatives in front office do their best and are generally nice and helpful. Management and Maintenance are the biggest issues on the grounds. The community itself is relatively gross because of all the trash the management and groundskeeping team refuse to do anything about. The complex is only maintained and cleaned thoroughly a few times in the year, and even then is done through a third party service or contractors instead of onsite team. decent place for single students but cannot recommend to anyone beyond those down on their luck or who lack the money for a better apartment

I believe the community is making a lot of steps in the right direction. This my second year staying at the social and so far it is completely different from the first stay. The management made it seem like a chore to help residents but this year the staff seems very transparent and happy to find resolve to the situation. The only reason I grade it a 4 out of 5 is safety concerns.

Awesome staff and great community they clean the parking lot and its a very quiet and calm neighborhood 10/10 great move in experience is close by alot of restaurants

Very rude office workers, besides Chealsea. Put in several work orders for a broken microwave since i’ve moved in, and no one has came to fix it. We were told that we were going to get gift cards after they over sold the apartment we originally signed for. They didn’t give us the gift cards until over a month after they initially said we’d receive them. They also have walked into my apartment several times without my permission.
This community isn’t horrible compared to other places. Of course there are better student spaces available but for the price of rent it isn’t too bad. Personally, i believe there is a lot of room for improvement but it isn’t that bad. The property managers are hard to contact though.

Now that I have finally moved in, it is a good place to live. Management seems to care about the property and making things right. They are painting the outside and cleaning up the property.

So far so good haven’t had any problems besides roaches and it got fixed immediately! They were very fast with getting pest control out and fixing the problem before it got worse.

Overall living at the social has been a very peaceful and enjoyable experience! I will say the first few days was overwhelming but as time progressed this place has been a blast with little to no problems at all. Emailing the team will only take 2 days to respond and I’ve never seen a service so active for their audiences.

Maintenance is inconsistent. Management not the best. Community is not only for students. They don’t keep up with the complex appearance. We don’t have access to a gate key and gate remains open and we are across the street from a homeless shelter.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and is always making sure that we have everything we need. They also will not hesitate to check up on us if needed.

Living in my first apartment has been a really positive experience so far. The freedom of having my own space is amazing, and I’m really enjoying the independence that comes with it. The apartment itself is pretty cozy, with just enough room for everything I need without feeling cramped. The location is perfect too—close to work and some nice cafes and parks where I can unwind. One of the best parts has been getting to know my neighbors. Everyone’s been friendly, and there’s a strong sense of community. The building management has been great too, addressing any minor issues that come up really quickly, which I appreciate. Of course, there’s the usual stuff like paying bills and keeping the place tidy, but it’s all part of the experience. Overall, it’s been a smooth transition, and I’m feeling really settled in. I can definitely see myself building some good memories here over time.

There is a lot of trash around the property and there is a constant roach issue here. The pool also was not open at all during the summer. When I first moved in, I did not have a key to my apartment for weeks. And I still don’t have a key to my room

The conveniences that are available in my place are wonderful. In addition to the fact that the pool is constantly clean and the gym is well-equipped, the presence of a lounge space makes it quite easy to relax with friends.

The apartments are very spacious and the AC and in-unit washer dryer actually work. Management seems nice. Walls are thick for sound reduction. It just seems like they save money by cutting corners with cleaning and updates in the apt units.

Move in day took extremely too long. My key barely works for the front door and surely doesn’t work for my room door. There was roaches everywhere even after they so called “bombed” the place. We don’t have a couch still after staying for a whole week. They replaced the fridge that didn’t work but left the old one so we have two fridges…my light bulb in my room doesn’t work and it’s been a week since I told the office. I also missing a chair in my room and have yet to receive one. The rent is cheaper than most apartments and I see why. On a good note my roommates are nice and I don’t have any trouble parking close to my door.

It was interesting to say the least. Very unorganized and even though there were time slots a lot of us still had to wait for key copies. The house was very dirty when I moved in and maintenance is not as prompt as they sell themselves to be.

The Social2700 It was a seamless move in and majority of the apartment is satisfactory. However, I do not have a key to unlock my room and there’s a pest problem that I was assured would be dealt with on Tuesday.. then Thursday, so now it’s a pending process. Other than that, I love the apartment and its amenities.
