In 3 years, I would have lived here for 20 years!! I absolutely love the staff, the maintenance and how well we are taken care of. The apartments are beautifully designed with intelligent space, to fit more than you’d expect. The landscapes are just gorgeous. My cat loves going around in his stroller. Within the gates is a wonderful community with convenient services and staff. Love it here and highly recommend always!!

The community is beautiful and very well maintained. Located near to many grocery, shopping, and dining experiences it couldn't be in a better location. The site team, from the office to the service team, has always provided superior service. The homes are also pretty swanky :)

LionsGate is a gated and secure community that is located in walking distance to many stores and other professional businesses as well as bike and walking trails. I have many choices and can walk my dog in the nearby park at City Hall or other parks as well- all in walking distance. The gym, office , bbq area and pool are centrally located and are less than a hundred feet away. It's a great place to live.

Great location I can walk to QFC, Trafer's Joe and staples. And even closer to them is the library. The staff here are friendly and seem ready to help us.

I have lived here for 3 years. Very comfortable. It's a long time ago, so it's often broken. In the past, the washing machine and microwave oven broke. The refrigerator is about to break. However, the maintenance is solid. I'm sure they will do something about it.

I've lived at Lions Gate for two years. It is close access to everything and thus I walk a lot more to restaurants, parks, grocery stores and entertainment AND have been able to get rid of a car and car payment as well . The community itself is very private, quiet and the neighbors are very respectful of each other. It's a very dog friendly place as well as I can easily step out my front door and take the dogs for a walk safely in the gated community or to nearby parks. The Sammamish River trail is a block away and allows me to get out and exercise with ease. The trouble I found with most rental communities is the neighbors and here, that is not an issue. I enjoy living at LionsGate North immensely and highly recommend it to you.

`Great complex in a low rise environment. Safe (gated) community, with great amenities (pool, gym, common areas, dog walk areas). Each unit is its own townhouse with built in garage and storage, nice balconies. Common areas and mail/package pick-up are tremendous. Dog friendly!

Management has a lot of rules that are not in forced. There is no focus on environment and climate. The appliances uses a lot of water and electricity, the washing machine and dryer is a ancient model.

Ive lived in several communities over the last fifty years but enjoy staying at LionsGate the most. The reasons are that the community is gated, feels safe and clean and is generally quiet. The other tenants are respectful of each other and demonstrate tolerance readily. The maintenance issues are easily, and very routinely addressed promptly before noted upon.

I would say that this place has been amazing, it is calm, pleasant and things that we need such as groceries, and stuff is just a block away and the community is beautiful with so many trees, you will just end up walking inside regularly

This is a great gated community, mostly townhomes and some flats with retail/restaurant space below. It is very clean, well-maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive. I live in a 1 bedroom, 3 story townhome - the first floor is the garage, second floor is kitchen and living space, and third floor is bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is open and the unit has high ceilings and large windows which make it feel much larger. My bedroom is large enough to fit my oversize bedroom furniture, king bed and has extra space for a chair for reading. It also has a walk-in closet. The 2 bedroom units are enormous and have been upgraded with fireplaces, wood floors, and new appliances. The kitchens are huge and are on par with SFH style kitchens. Across the street you can enter the Sammamish River Trail which is paved and great for walking my dog, riding bikes, and jogging. It's only a 1 mile walk on the trail to Marymoor Park - one of the best parks in the area! It's also only a two block walk to QFC, Trader Joes, Starbucks and some restaurants. If you walk another two blocks you are in downtown Redmond. Really convenient and a great area. One of the best parts is that even though you are close to everything it is really quiet and peaceful.
