So far we are pretty happy with everything. The neighborhood is quiet, lots of close activities for the kids, and closer to work. I would recommend the neighborhood to others with kids.

The community itself and the staff are very nice enough. The biggest complaint I have as a resident is the fact that I pay A LOT of money to live here and to have a reserved parking space I have to pay even more money. In the section that I live in we have been here longer than anyone one of the 5 houses around us and yet we still struggle to find parking because we refuse to pay an extra $30 per space on top of our current rent. Other than the cost this place is a nice place to live .
I love, love, love my apartment and that's the only reason why I continue living here. My rent goes up yearly for amenities that I have no say in and do not utilize, like a new dog park- I do not have a dog, and community bicycles- all of which have been stolen with the exception of 1. Most recently, a universal $65 amenity fee that includes wifi, a service I currently get at a rate of $10! My direct next door neighbors assaulted another neighbor, making me feel concerned for my safety and my property. No immediate action was taken by the management company. I stay here bc I get to watch the sun rise from my bed and the sun set from my couch. I have a beautiful view and my houseplants thrive. I do my best to mind my own business and pay my rent on time. When the opportunity is right, I'm out.
The space is nice and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. However, the rate of rent increase from year to year is at least 10-12%. And if there is not a large rent increase, there are new fees.

Just moved in but so far great neighborhood and adorable house. I love the deck it’s my son favorite spot. I also love there’s a walk in closer. The rooms are pretty small tho . Great size basement
Love the location and people. They are always helpful. They get every request done when we need it. Rent could be better but it only went up 30 dollars so i can't complain.
I have been living here for around a year. In my experience it’s been a great place to live. People are friendly and maintenance has fixed everything I’ve needed done. Good place for raising a family. Only downside is that the driveways aren’t the best and need to be re done. Also, rent is a little pricey.
Moving to this community was such a great decision for my family! Very kid and pet friendly. It’s so clean and quite! It’s very peaceful! We loving it.
Maintenance is excellent and customer service is excellent l enjoy living here property always clean, no loud noises, love that it so well lighting at night

Living here for over a year and we love it there’s no complains at all, whenever there is an issue it gets resolved right away and the staffs are very nice.

The townhouses are nice size and it's quiet. Good place to start a family area. The office staff is nice and helpful. The complex is well maintained.
Very professional office staff. Maintenance requests are answered in a timely fashion. Been in the community for 11 years. What a great community to be a part of . Love the new hospitality through community events and interactions.
Good community....member all look out for one another. A bit too expensive for the square footage of living space. Maintenence team is awesome.

Lions Gate is a friendly, quiet neighborhood. It is close to Windsor Wonderland and the nice walking path. There is a beautiful view from my bedroom of the farmers field and the sunrise in the morning! Very satisfied with living here.
The location is nice and the views from our unit are beautiful. It is great to have the park right here and the staff is always friendly and quick to answer a call
This is a great community. Great location, easy walk to the park and playground. The community is quiet and the residents are friendly. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. Plenty of room for storage in the basement.
I have been here a year almost and have not had any bad experiences. Everyone seems friendly and for the most part it's quiet and no one bothers you.
The neighborhood is clean, has a lot of people with kids and dogs, but the neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable.
It’s nice but expensive. The amenities are subpar compared to some other communities. The constant change of management can also be frustrating. Nobody ever seems nice to communicate with.

It took a little while to get the townhouse. The events have been nice. The maintenance crew has been prompt to dealing with issues and friendly.
The townhomes here are lovely. Overall the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. I Just wish we had more amenities, like a gym. Quick maintenance staff.

Everything breaks. Nothing gets fixed. Horrible! Garage door opener has been broken for 3 to 4 months now never got fixed. Dish washer was "fixed: multiple times never correctly. Just horrible

The maintenance team is amazing, very nice and quick to fix issues. My. Dog loves, everytime I have an issue they are instantly at my place.
We love living at Lion’s Gate. Our townhouse is well designed and roomy. The efficiency of our home has kept our utilities costs very reasonable. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly. The office staff is helpful and resourceful. Our neighbors are wonderful! They look out for us and rescue our packages from the weather and return packages that were delivered to the wrong address. We love the walkable neighborhood for walking our dog. Our dog enjoys the dog park. Overall, we are very pleased with our living experience at Lion’s Gate.

Our experience has been great at Lions Gate, thus far. Very easy and helpful process when touring and getting information on the property. We’ve had quite a few maintenance issues, but they are always resolved quickly without issue. Great amenities, but lacking a pool.
Love these townhouses so far! I’ve been here about 2 months and everything is how I expected. Maintenance is super quick and efficient. I’ve had multiple issues, and they come out within the hour to fix the issue!
