Linq at North Springs

I toured with Princess on September 19th 2023 and loved it. Princess was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She won me over and I moved in September 27th 2023. Love my apartment, how they keep the hallways clean, gated, staff is great, key fob access, amenities are nice.

My family and I love living at the Linq at North Springs. The only reason we rated the property four stars instead of five is the dirty hallway carpet. It either needs to be cleaned or replaced and it’s especially embarrassing when we have guest visit.

Management was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get to know. I can’t wait to get fully moved in so I can participate more in community events

Nice apartment which is near to Martha station and shopping malls.I recommend this apartments. Amenities are pretty good ?? rooms are very spacious and have a classy look.

WAY too many fire alarms (15 in 6 months) and even more power outages than fire alarms. Noise is a daily problem between walls and floors. Sensors and parking gate rarely work. The leasing office also does not enforce valet trash rules, so trash is in the hallways daily. High rent for low-rent living conditions.

These fire alarms have been a huge inconvenience lately. I work 6 days a week in order to be able to afford to live comfortably. With a lack of sleep aside from the 6 day work week, due to these alarms. There is no way this is acceptable.

This place has been the WORST experience of my life. The fire alarm goes off at least once a week and isn’t turned off for hours. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Feels like living in a torture chamber with the systems the building has got that don’t work. The fire system has been broken for the past 6 months and beeps so loud at anytime during the night. The gate is broken since god knows when. Worst possible experience for staying.

Fire alarm constantly going off. Garage door hasn't been working for months. Elevator inspection has been expired for 11 months. There's a new building manager, but problems abound.

Nice place to stay, neighbors are friendly, a little expensive but community is neat and clean. The gate hasn’t been fixed for quite a long time though. Can improve their customer service

Great community, staff are great people, the amenities are the best ! Very clean environment! I love how they interact with their residents and host great events to bring us together and to give back to us. 5 STAR RESIDENT!!!

Complex is convenient and clean, unfortunately the floors are not insulated so we hear EVERYTHING from the people above us. Walking distance to Marta is a big plus

I'm a relatively new tenant and so far, I love living at this property. The office staff, Vlad and Amber, are always kind and responsive to resident needs. The community is quiet and clean. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend to family/friends.

Linq at North Springs - The best Community I’ve stayed so far!! It is very safe and secure. The neighbours are cool. The amenities are top-notch and the resident services when requested are prompt on time and the leasing office staff are super super friendly!! The Gym and the lounge are super awesome.. Love staying in this Community!!

Love it here! Just moved in but staff is welcoming, amenities and facilities are great, and am so glad I chose to live here. Hard not to like this place

We really loved moving here at first. But, then the issues started between fire alarms going off water pipes busting, elevators not working , To expire fire extinguishers and elevator expired permits . Breakers popping off in the kitchen all the time . An you can hear everything in the hallways above you , below . And the building is literally spitting and cracking.when viewing the Apartments look at the hallway ceilings / lobby ceiling Up. In the Gym look at the windows cracking. If they are giving one month away to rent it is because there are issues with the building. Gate is alway broke . Trash is backed up . And items are not stocked at all times even though you pay fees . I would not advise living here . Too many issues and Some staff are Rude & just don’t care about your concerns .

love this place i hope the security will be fixed. this will add more security for the tenants and feel more comfortable as they roam around the compound.

First impressions are great, nice clean and easy to move in. No hassle to set up services, accommodating team helping out along the way. Looking forward to an nice stay

The apartments have a lot of space, I like the location a lot. It’s quiet and I like how it is close by mostly everything. The amenities are top tier as well

Linq is a great place to stay. The apartments are neat and clean and the common area is a great plus. The parking area is spacious and convenient. They are working to improve the gate security access systems continuously. They do monthly events to get the residents to knowing each other which is a great way to collaborate and say hi to your fellow neighbors. Overall, I would recommend linq to my friends and family memebers.

Amber and Vlad in the leasing office were fantastic, and made the move in process extremely easy. Apartment was clean and ready to go. Very happy with the experience.

I just hit five years here and I’ve loved each year! As rent increases everywhere, you have to find a community that sets itself apart in other areas. The leasing staff here, monthly resident events, amenities, and neighbors make this place one of a kind!

We just moved in. This is a great neighborhood. I like my apartment. It is very quiet in here and hence very ideal for work from home. My maintenance requests were addressed quickly and fixed soon. I love it here

Management Team is very support and friendly. Overall a great place to reside. I must say I have not had any major concerns since I have been living here. If I did have something that needed to be addressed the team has been and is supportive.

This place is a mess, everything is cheap inside the apartments, its filthy everywhere and its totally not worthy. Long history of security issues, car - break ins (few days ago - 60 cars). Avoid it.

I cannot say enough great things about living here. Four of my family members have also rented apartments because of my recommendations.

Expensive, very nice and modern, safe, clean (for the most part: I think more emails should go out reminding residents to not leave their trash in the parking deck. Just setting it by your car is NOT ok! Also, a message that coming around those corners is very precarious and to slow down. Large trucks that park on the end even further block the view coming around the end-caps, and shouldn't be allowed to park in any end space. Many times, trash is out early. I think staff should walk the complex more often. They would also see people smoking in the parking deck and trash that's left, and be more abreast of how residents are behaving vs. the rules. Cigarette butts should not be seen every day as I walk to my entrance door. Responses from Paul are on-point and he always shows concern for my needs. He's a jewel!

I would recommend but will earned them about the prices which are pretty high.

I've been here four months now and have had a wonderful experience so far and would be happy to recommend it to any of my family and friends.

I would heavily caution them about the parking situation because if your guest's car is booted, it's a huge inconvenience getting it taken off. This community has so much going for it but this one thing is enough to deter my friends and family from moving there. Also, the cost of replacement keys is very unreasonable at $50 each. You only get one per resident so if I have someone from out of town staying with me, I don't have an extra key to give them. Finally, it would be much more convenient for my maid service not to have to stop by the front office every time they need to service my unit. It would make much more sense for them to have a key.
