      I toured with Princess on September 19th 2023 and loved it. Princess was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She won me over and I moved in September 27th 2023. Love my apartment, how they keep the hallways clean, gated, staff is great, key fob access, amenities are nice.

      My family and I love living at the Linq at North Springs. The only reason we rated the property four stars instead of five is the dirty hallway carpet. It either needs to be cleaned or replaced and it’s especially embarrassing when we have guest visit.

      Nice apartment which is near to Martha station and shopping malls.I recommend this apartments. Amenities are pretty good ?? rooms are very spacious and have a classy look.

      WAY too many fire alarms (15 in 6 months) and even more power outages than fire alarms. Noise is a daily problem between walls and floors. Sensors and parking gate rarely work. The leasing office also does not enforce valet trash rules, so trash is in the hallways daily. High rent for low-rent living conditions.

      These fire alarms have been a huge inconvenience lately. I work 6 days a week in order to be able to afford to live comfortably. With a lack of sleep aside from the 6 day work week, due to these alarms. There is no way this is acceptable.

      Feels like living in a torture chamber with the systems the building has got that don’t work. The fire system has been broken for the past 6 months and beeps so loud at anytime during the night. The gate is broken since god knows when. Worst possible experience for staying.

      I'm a relatively new tenant and so far, I love living at this property. The office staff, Vlad and Amber, are always kind and responsive to resident needs. The community is quiet and clean. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend to family/friends.

      Linq at North Springs - The best Community I’ve stayed so far!! It is very safe and secure. The neighbours are cool.       We really loved moving here at first. But, then the issues started between fire alarms going off water pipes busting, elevators not working , To expire fire extinguishers and elevator expired permits . Breakers popping off in the kitchen all the time . An you can hear everything in the hallways above you , below . And the building is literally spitting and cracking.when viewing the Apartments look at the hallway ceilings / lobby ceiling Up. In the Gym look at the windows cracking. If they are giving one month away to rent it is because there are issues with the building. Gate is alway broke . Trash is backed up . And items are not stocked at all times even though you pay fees . I would not advise living here . Too many issues and Some staff are Rude & just don’t care about your concerns .

      Linq is a great place to stay. The apartments are neat and clean and the common area is a great plus. The parking area is spacious and convenient. They are working to improve the gate security access systems continuously. They do monthly events to get the residents to knowing each other which is a great way to collaborate and say hi to your fellow neighbors. Overall, I would recommend linq to my friends and family memebers.

      This place is a mess, everything is cheap inside the apartments, its filthy everywhere and its totally not worthy. Long history of security issues, car - break ins (few days ago - 60 cars). Avoid it.

      Expensive, very nice and modern, safe, clean (for the most part: I think more emails should go out reminding residents to not leave their trash in the parking deck. Just setting it by your car is NOT ok! Also, a message that coming around those corners is very precarious and to slow down. Large trucks that park on the end even further block the view coming around the end-caps, and shouldn't be allowed to park in any end space. Many times, trash is out early. I think staff should walk the complex more often. They would also see people smoking in the parking deck and trash that's left, and be more abreast of how residents are behaving vs. the rules. Cigarette butts should not be seen every day as I walk to my entrance door. Responses from Paul are on-point and he always shows concern for my needs. He's a jewel!

      I would heavily caution them about the parking situation because if your guest's car is booted, it's a huge inconvenience getting it taken off. This community has so much going for it but this one thing is enough to deter my friends and family from moving there. Also, the cost of replacement keys is very unreasonable at $50 each. You only get one per resident so if I have someone from out of town staying with me, I don't have an extra key to give them. Finally, it would be much more convenient for my maid service not to have to stop by the front office every time they need to service my unit. It would make much more sense for them to have a key.
