Application Process was a little difficult but the staff made it very easy and were extremely helpful! Have only lived here for a week but love the patio, view of the trees and grass, and how quiet it is.
Great little community to live in. Leading office is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is great and very quick about things. Neighborhood normally stays quiet and peaceful.
The staff is great! I always get a quick response and they are ALWAYS friendly. I love the events they put on and when we had the back to back hurricanes the staff/owners were amazing throughout the entire process. Most of the things they did for the residents they didn't have to do especially because the hurricanes had also affected them but they showed up and were amazing!
We had no hot water but maintenance was very good to respond and help us. They even checked on us after to make sure everything was working. Thank you so much!
Sarah in the office helped me so much. Marcus Maintenance Sup was very helpful in repairs and info for the area . Both are very nice and looking forward to living here.
Our resident experience has been awesome so far! Maintenance and management team are really awesome - they’re very responsive and super helpful. Bethany, Sara, Marcus and Ben are keeping this place in shape!
The staff is absolutely amazing! We couldn’t be more grateful for all their help and how much they truly care about their residents! Maintenance has always gone above and beyond to help us, even if they see us taking trash they’ll stop and grab it for us or help us carry heavy items up the stairs! Always so kind and always greeting us with a smile or wave! We really enjoy living here
As an out of state transplant, I looked at many complexes and fell in love with The Links. Compared to others, is smaller and more of a Community. The Office Staff and Maintenance Crew are on top of everything and are always so helpful when needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
My experience so far has been great! Bethany and Sarah are so friendly and willing to help the residents in any way they can! During the hurricane, when we had a long power outage (a week plus is long for me) and I was impressed with how they handled that! They treated the residents well by having food trucks and Bethany was even helping maintenance around the property and being super involved in helping them with everything, even handing waters out to them. If a manager genuinely treats their team well, they’ll definitely treat their residents well.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience living here. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and incredibly quick and responsive with maintenance requests. During hurricane Milton, they worked hard to make sure the tenants were taken care and showed actual care that I have not seen from any other community I’ve ever lived in. I’m doubtful you’d find a better place to live than the Links at Pebble Creek.

The apartment itself is a bit outdated but I do enjoy how quiet the community is. The community annd landscaping is also kept clean and tidy which is also a plus.

My resident experience has been great so far! Bethany and Sarah have been doing a great job with the property management side of the things and they host nice events. They have been very communicative and helpful since we were in the application process and now, my husband and I have been residents for about 9 months. Maintenance is very quick to respond to work orders and they do a great job with property upkeep!

We just moved here a week ago but so far everything is great! We love the neighborhood and love our place!!! The leasing staff respond quickly and the maintenance staff are also very quick to get to our needs! So far so good!!
I moved in last week and so far, I love the community. The leasing ladies, Sarah and Bethany have been unbelievable. If anything, they deserve 5 stars just for their customer service!
I love living at the Links; it's quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and efficient when repairs are needed. The apartments are modern and of good quality.
Honestly one of the best apartment communities, if not the best, I have ever lived in and this is my 4th one. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the leasing office is competent and made the move-in process easy and quick. They answer emails and phone calls quickly. Also, probably the best maintenance guy in terms of politeness and turnaround in getting things fixed. I love it here.
Just moved in 3 days ago.The appartement is great! We had some issues in the bathroom and laundry room that were quickly fixed.The maintenance guy is really good and friendly.The appartement is beautiful and spacious.The moving process was quick and smooth.Definitely recommend living here!
Just moved in and I knew from the moment I toured, this was the community I wanted to live in. The application process was very quick and seamless. Office staff have been absolutely amazing. Move-in day was also quick and easy. I can definitely tell I will love it out here.
Great apartment complex to live in. Amenities are amazing, staff is always very friendly and the location is perfect. Very quiet and friendly Community.
