Lineage at Willow Creek

I previously lived in a rental home with same square footage as my current townhome and so many things make this place the more ideal situation. It is more affordable while maintaining a private and secluded fenced backyard, a garage, and a now second floor. With added utilities of a pool and gym which me and my little are excited about. There is a group of neighborhood kids from the Lineage community that play together which I also love as it makes me feel like this is a safe place to raise a little one. I had difficulties with moving in but the manager and staff were very accommodating and lovely that despite it I was happy I had their support and help. This is all literally coming from someone who was a travel nurse for many years and moved constantly, so despite ups and downs I would still recommend this location.

I love the community, it is very family friendly. The manager is amazing, she always is very professional yet down to earth and does her best to take care of the community, the location is absolutely perfect as well.

The management team and maintenance is exceptional here. I have never had any problems and I always feel like this is my home. This is mostly impart because the team here is so great.

Lineage @ Willow Creek is a nice place if you like quiet, laid back community. Manager and her staff are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone who listens.

I think Lineage is not only a good place to live, people are friendly and you can feel the friendliness and the staff are amazing , I do believe we have the best Management team now. Their great to talk to about any situation your having with your apartment an so forth.

Really peaceful community, welcoming for families. Our transition in this new place was really easy for us and didn't need much time to adapt as we have access to everything needed. Looking forward to the months to come for our family to enjoy living here.

This is not like your average rental community, it’s like having a home

This community is great! The backyards ate my favorite feature. Lots of green space and community engagement! Communication is amazing with staff. We are always in the know.

Living at Lineage has provided a home like no other I have experienced in my years of renting housing. The apartments really have more of a single-family home feel, and the community itself is really more of a neighborhood! The staff all makes you feel as if you are truly cared for, and the community itself is always well-taken care of. Worth the price, and worth a look..! This is the next best thing to owning or renting a House!

The apartments at Linage at Willow Creek are very clean upon move in. I've never rented a place and had all the appliances cleaned to the level they are cleaned here. Also, my dryer stopped working on day two, i put in a work order and it was attended to and fixed within 48 hours. Impressive!!

I love living here at Lineage at Willow Creek. I moved here about four years ago and switched apartments two times before I found the Lineage. Now I feel at home. The Management staff and Maintenance team is amazing. They are always very friendly, not just when you move in, but long after. I have been here for two years and I couldn't be happier. They always take care of me and come to my aid if there are any issues. They go the extra step to make sure we all feel at home! The neighbors are great, it's nice a clean here and it's in a great safe area! Thanks Lineage!

I moved to Oregon over three years ago and I wish this was the first apartment complex I moved to, because it would have been the last. I left Oregon for three months and had to come back, and we found Willow Creek online to be our new home, I was reluctant at first because my family did not enjoy living at our previous apartment complex, but my mind quickly changed after contacting the leasing office. The backyard, layout, and the way the agents make you feel like you are at home is the next best thing to owning your own home. I love it here! James and Taylor were amazing with helping my family get set while we were traveling across the country to come back to Oregon.

This is my third apartment since we relocated and we finally feel at home here at the Lineage at Willow Creek. The management team along with maintenance is exceptional here. James who runs the front office is always so helpful and and friendly. With the changes in the landscaping, the grounds are beautiful. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

After moving here from Colorado, lineage at Willow Creek was our third apartment in three years. Finally we feel like we are home. The management staff here is exceptional and the neighbors are very friendly. This is a great location and we feel safe here. Thank you!

Great place to live, close to everything:grocery stores, restaurants, 2 blocks from Max line, and right next to bus line. Fantastic landscape for pets and kids to play. Management friendly and very helpful. Love it here!

Just moved in at the end of last month and James as well as Esther made everything go so smoothly! James got everything set up and ready for me virtual and worked with my schedule so I could get my keys! Also, I lost a family member this last weekend and James checked on if I needed anything! Such a great community and quiet place to live! They made me feel at home right away!

I recently moved in on 11/16/20. When i did a digital tour and an in person tour with James i knew this would our new home. My wife and i loved it. James had great energy and we enjoyed his humor and he made us feel welcomed. Moreover, neighbors have been friendly and we love the quiet enjoyment that Lineage has offered us. We love the appliances and newly refurnished unit. We like the community as well and the scenery around Lineage at willow creek. Also, i commute to portland by public transportation and willow creek transit center is very close to Lineage. When i had small maintenance issues, James and the maintenance crew was on it and took care of it swiftly. I love being here and often when at work i cant wait to get home. Lineage is really a place i can call home and actually feel it and live it. I'm very happy being here and i look forward to being here for a while and creating memories with my wife. Its been a great experience for my wife and i. I highly recommend anyone looking for quiet enjoyment, a small community, a management team who cares about you and enhancing your living experience to choose Lineage at Willow Creek, you won't be disappointed. The process of moving in was smooth and i was really impressed with the welcome kit as it gave my wife and i joy and made us feel like we were at home.

The move-in process here with the management team, Teresa is exceptional! She made the process pain free. Management definitely goes above and beyond here and it makes you feel very welcomed. These apartments are like homes. Its in a great location, to just about everything you could need. Theres even an ice cream truck drives by the neighborhood every couple of days, reminds me of when I was a kid. After moving from apartment to apartment, we finally feel like we are home.

My husband and I decided to move from California to Oregon with no real knowledge of the area. We saw Lineage at Willow Creek apartments listed on Craigslist and it had everything we really needed and more. Pet friendly was a must which was always hard to find where we were living in CA. We started speaking with Teresa and she was so so helpful and answered our many questions. She gave us a virtual tour and even told us everything we needed to know about the area. Moving out of CA to a new state was stressful but Teresa really made it so much easier with all of her help. This has probably been the most positive moving situation we have had because of her. She is so great!! Moving in was so easy. About an hour before we got into town, Teresa dropped off our keys and made sure everything was perfect for us to arrive. She left us a folder with brochures of businesses in the area and a little care basket in the kitchen for us. It was such a great welcome. Things have been great since we moved in and we are loving how close it is to everything we need! We love Lineage!!

Beautiful, modern, quiet location to call home.

I am a 13 year resident of Lineage and over the years I've seen LOTS of changes. Lineage is a great place to live. You're close enough to all of the amenities you might need (Shopping, Schools and Transit) but just far enough off the beaten path to make it a nice, mellow community. Management actually listens here! Maintenance responds to calls! Come check it out.

What a great little community. Its got an amazing staff, great location, close to shopping and food. Its nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood worth walking around daily. The apartment itself is cozy and we live the hard floors. Our kitties love it here too and even won a gift basket in one of the community raffles. We love our little place here!

My kid has been enjoying playing outside with neighbors children very much . The area is very peaceful and I love it.

Lineage at Willow Creek is a beautiful, quiet, clean community. I love all the shade trees on the property. Having a pool and playground available is wonderful. The staff and managment are truely fantastic people! We look forward to our stay.

Make sure you look at your unit VERY GOOD as they like to just cover up as their way of renovating your unit.

I’ve lived here for about a year and I can’t say anything but great stuff about living here. Teresa the office manager is always on top of things to make sure everything you need is taken care of. Definitely like how clean and spacious the bedrooms are. I would definitely recommend living here to my friends and family!

Lineage at Willow Creek is a great place to live for those who utilize public transit. Pros: new appliances and large in apt W/D. Cons: Linolium floors, no pool, & no gym.

Well, just recently moved out of Lineage after living there for 10 (almost 11) years. Have always loved the location, right by Willow Creek Tri-Met and right by Tanasbourne/Street of Tanasbourne. But what made it easy to sign the lease year after year is of course the owners/property managers. Anytime we had an issue (which was rare to none) they were always there willing to help. Greystar has some great things planned for the new places, and am excited to see this place grow. Neighbors were always friendly as well. Made it easy to know your car/dogs/packages are all in good hands. Give high recommendations of this place. You'll feel right at home.

This has been the most enjoyable experience in getting a rental that I have ever experienced.

I moved out to OR after living in CO for a few years, and Lineage was the only apartment complex that would work with me in my moving predicament. Since moving almost two years ago, I’ve stayed with lineage. Lineage has been nothing but fast-acting, professional, friendly, and supportive of my needs as a tenant. The apartments are (mostly) all renovated, up to date and in a beautiful part of Beaverton.

I moved from northeastern CA to OR and needed a place to stay until I could find a new home to buy. Lineage at Willow Creek was perfect for me--centrally located, clean, friendly community, and well-managed. I felt I got excellent value for the cost. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone in need of a nice place to live.

The people in the office are super friendly, family friendly place to live and quiet. Apartments are kept clean and the renovations are great!

If I could give these apartments 0 stars I would. They are charging people WAY too much for their "renovated" apartments which just fall apart on you. They removed their drop box so you can't drop off your rent after 6pm during the week. They also turn off their "portal" online to pay your rent at midnight on the 4th of each month instead of the 5th and you get hit with a $150 late fee on top of that. If you want to pay using this "portal" you are charged $45 extra dollars if you want to use a visa and the only option that is free is to use your bank account and routing number, but they take awhile to collect the fee sometimes and if you accidentally put in the wrong info they will decline the fee and charge you the late fee on top of the returned check fee. Oh and you can't use a credit card or actual money to use their laundry facilities. You are forced to purchase a laundry card from a machine in front of the office and it doesn't take dollar bills so you can't add any less than $5.00. Their "work out room" has equipment in it from 1972 and half of it doesn't work. They only have one working pool for the entire property and it's not very well maintained. Their office staff is horrible and rude and they will lie right to your face and not even blink. They're managed by Greystar who by the way is even more awful and greedy and don't even try getting anything escalated with them because they will just send you right back to their terrible office staff. I have never ever in my life experienced so many issues with an apartment complex. I would use extreme caution while considering to rent with this place. They are a bunch of crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of the people are super friendly and the complex is very quiet. It also has the most reasonable rates I have ever had not only in the Beaverton area but in all of Oregon (from places i have viewed in the past). Whats more this complex has W/D hookups 2 pools and an exercise room. The BEST part is there is no size limit on dogs, which made it very difficult while searching for a new dwelling, and on top of all that... NO PET RENT. I've never understood the idea of pet rent and a deposit it seems greedy to me, but not here. I would highly recommend Village 185 Apartments to anyone looking in the area but as this is such a great place to live tenants tend to stick around for a while.
