The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Hello there, thank you; we appreciate your feedback!
The management at Linden Highlands makes life so much easier. They are supportive and understanding and explain why certain things can and cannot happen. I feel safe and supported there. We are close to so many things in not only downtown Seattle, but up to Lynnwood or Edmonds as well.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you are having such a positive experience at Linden Highlands. Here is to many more years.
If you are looking for a posh place to live, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a place you could call home then you have come to the right place. Living here is simple and unassuming. The residents are quiet, considerate and basically friendly. The staff offer something more than just a place to complain and pay rent. They are friendly, professional and more like family than staff. The company that owns this complex care about the residents and the apartments. They are not afraid to show it either. LHA is not fancy, but it is a place to call home.

Hi, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!
Too many notices, and unnecessary notices left on the door.
Linden. Highlands is a great place to call home. It's in a great location, within walking distance to Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, Walgreens, and a little convince store called Valero. The staff is friendly, positive, and is always willing to help. Our one bedroom apartment is spacious, with an electric fireplace, and deck. We love it here! Sherri S.

Hi, thanks for your praise and kind comments about our team and your continued residency.
L/H is a great place to call home. Very convenient location and quiet environment.
My residency here now exceeds 25 years, much due to the high quality staff.
Mostly quiet and good neighbors. Marcella and Richard are wonderful!
Kari and Richard are very helpful, although Kari could take a few days rest to jolt her performance, she has a mentally tiresome job. The community is okay, decent and most importantly "safe." This place could housing students for its safe environment. And I'm glad that my upstairs neighbor is silent. It would be hellish to live under noisy person. However, I wish they could prepare new rent more properly. A lot of messy paint job, paint goes inside an oven door, chipped bathroom sink, scratched mirror, those things aren't under Apartment's responsibility. I'm not that important but small neat gesture could make my first stay more enjoyable.

Thank you so much for your review it mean a lot to the staff at Linden Highlands here to make sure that each and every prospect and resident is happy and enjoy their time at Linden Highlands
Keri, the apartment manger went out of her way to help me move a family member into an apartment on this property. She was kind and empathetic to the special needs of this person and made the process work smoothly. I am thankful for her help in this move.
Just relocated with my partner and could not be happier with the location. Keri was awesome to deal with and helped us navigate the process of getting an apartment from New England. Once we arrived she got us set up with everything we needed. The. Property is very clean and the location is awesome, it's about a 35 minute bus ride down down, or a 25 minute drive. We couldn't be happier!!
