Moved here with my family almost 2 months ago and love the community. Only thing is I don't have a big enough patio for my kids to play but overall I recommend

We have been here almost 1 year and we love it. We like the area quietness and safety of the community, which is well kept--feels like a real home. No more hustle and bussel of the South Bay (beach area), which we left. Love the scenery of the nearby surrounding mountains and easy freeway access. Office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. If there are any problems, they are addressed immediately within 24-48 hours. We like their Active Building Community website which can assist in expediting matters. Townhomes are pricey, but we do love the extras of the garage, washer/dryer, central A/C and heating which is included. We are looking forward to a very long residency at Linden Court, if the price is right.
These townhomes are very nice but they are a little pricey because the location is not ideal so for the price that most apartments go for around here this is a lot.
Great townhome. The apartments are quiet and very well maintained. The response for maintenance is excellent and they take care of repairs very quickly. The staff is very friendly and always respond to email questions. Parking always available and accessible. Child friendly as well.
My boyfriend and I just moved to this townhouse last week and so far it has been ok. We have a terrible ant problem that doesn't seem to go away no matter how much ant spray is sprayed. They are fairly quick with maintenance work orders and very friendly office and maintenance staff. My current rent is $1593, which in Arizona can get you a pretty decent 4 bedroom house in the suburbs..well, I guess we pay more for the entertainment, beach, and attractions!
My family has been making beautiful memories at Linden Court since 2007. It's safe, beautifully maintained, close to schools, and the office and maintenance staff have always gone above and beyond to make my kids and I comfortable. As a single mother, I am not willing to sacrifice my kids' safety for affordability; when I found Linden Court, I was pleasantly surprised that here, I don't have to. We are excited that our segment of the Pacific Electric Inland Empire trail is open too; its walking distance away and we're looking forward to taking pictures of our rides there. I will be happily renewing my lease in August.
This is a great townhome community. It's a quiet little neighborhood with friendly neighbors. With a cute little yard, two car garage, central air, and a washer and dryer, whats not to love?
I like the quiet environment and the friendly neighbors. Our townhouse is roomy, I definitely have room to garden in the backyard and it gives room for our small dogs to play. The 2 car garage is definitely convenient, as well as the full size washer and dryer. The property looks incredibly well kept and clean. I love that management asks our opinions, and that maintenance is prompt to service. The 10 freeway is also conveniently close.
This has been one of the best places we have lived. They not only keep the property well manicured they also are on top of things when it comes to maintenance. In fact they want us to let them know if there is a maintenance issue right away so that they can keep our place in top notch condition. One of the benefits we have here at Linden Court Townhomes, that I appreciate, is that if you have a backyard the gardeners that maintain the common grounds will also cut your grass. So you don't even need a lawnmower! We enjoy walking our dog and we feel pretty secure here when we do. Is it perfect here? probably not. But, for us, It really has been a pleasure living here so far.
Nice well kept neighborhood,a good safe feeling of taking walks, whether by yourself or walking your dog. Out of the 4 townhomes, i like ours the best because the laundry room is inside the townhome. Even tho our garage is detached, it is still connected to the building.Two of the four has a cute backyard,ideal for small kids and dogs.Last but surely not least 10 min. in each direction you well find a restaurant and store.
This neighborhood is a nice balance between being a comfortable home for families and yet still maintaining a quiet atmosphere. Each unit is fairly spacious and an efficient use of space. The grounds are neat and well kept on a regular basis. The office and maintenance staff are extremely helpful, pleasant, and quick to respond to concerns. However, a gym and pool for the residents would be a welcome addition.
This is a nice place to live. Safe and friendly. The staff is very nice. Have never had a problem with them lived there for two years.
Linden Court staff have been beyond welcoming to our family and extremely helpful. They keep up their landscaping. Very spacious Townhomes. Close to stores and schools. I love these Townhomes. This is what I call home!
These apartments are a quiet peace of heaven nestled off the main roads. Although the rent is a little high, I do not mind paying a little extra for peace of mind. The office staff is very friendly and the neighbor's keep to themselves. Its very family friendly and pets are welcome as well to keep our four legged family members happy.
Sometimes I forget that we're renting a townhouse here. It's a clean maintained neighborhood, The staff is wonderful and there are monthly events that you can attend along with other residents. I believe the last one was a beach trip! A full size washer and dryer are included, and if you have a unit with a backyard a gardener will come and mow your lawn every Tuesday.
Very clean and quite. Rent could be a little cheaper. Management could use a little work, but other then that a cool place to live.
The apartments are nice , with enough space. Management is horrible.
Nice place to live in, good spot in the Rialto area always clean and they're there for you 24/7 when you need them, any problems they fix as soon as possible
We are a family of 6 and we have been living here a year. The units are spacious, well kept, and maintained. Are unit is 3 bed, 2.5 bath and are spacious enough for our large family. Washers and dryers are provided. Maintence and office staff are friendly and helpful. also a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to schools, fast food and church.
We have been here for 17 months and the appearance of the site is always outstanding. Response time for maintenance calls is within minutes. My a/c works all the time. Washer and dryer in the units definately a plus. Thanks.
