We lived here for a year and a half and had a great experience. We had a beautiful corner unit with lots of windows and natural light. The location is perfect- near parks, shops, restaurants, library, bike trail, etc. We liked having a place for a BBQ and a clubhouse to use. Kendra and Ian are excellent property managers- so friendly and helpful.

This is by far the most quiet and well kept apartment building we have ever lived in. The location is amazing with the bike trail right outside our door and walking distance to groceries, brewery/wine bar, restaurants, book store etc.. Management has been very friendly and responsive.

I like the apartment so much and I feel the staffs are super friendly and nice! And the facilities are very new and shiny.

Beautiful setting with very sound proof apartments. Quick response on any issues that arise.

I have lived Lincoln Street a little over a year. The staff are so friendly and tentative to any maintenance issues I have ran into. The grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained! I was worried when I first moved in about all the noise that I my hear from the fire station and EMS across the street but at night they do nit run sirens just lights! So I get the safety and security of the police and fire department across the street without the noise!

Lincoln street has a lot to like. The location right near main street and the military ridge trail is great. The option for a private entrance on the first floor was a big plus. The overall fit and finish of the fixtures and appliances is high quality and modern and the building is new and clean.

Just moved in about 10 days ago and so far, I've had no issues. The location is great; there's a grocery store, fast food, and some other stuff within walking distance, and it's a 20 minute bike ride from Epic if you're looking for somewhere to move after being hired (that's why I'm here). I'm renting a studio apartment, and I've had no issues with it (decent amount of room, walk-in closet, kitchen is good), plus the internet here is really fast. The property manager has been quite friendly and helpful as well. You get a spot in an underground garage, so you don't need to worry about parking, and the fitness room is pretty nice. I'll update this review if anything comes up, but as of now, I'm liking this place.

This complex is clean and quiet (even with a fire department & police station across the street!). The location is what we like best. We can walk to the local library, grocery store, or brewery. Having the Military Ridge Trail right here allows us to go running or cycling easily and often. And there are two playgrounds with soccer fields a short distance down the street.

I love living at Lincoln St. Apartments. Appliances are Stainless Steel and the complex was recently built. Have not had any issues and love the location!

Lincoln St apartments are a really wonderful place to live. The apartments are modern with updated appliances, and the parking garage is easy to access and clean. The free coffee in the lounge is a great bonus too! Staff (especially Allison the Property Manager) are friendly and accommodating. Response times are very quick. I will be renewing my lease next year!
