Perched high in Utah’s Wasatch Range, Park City is a legendary mountain town located about an hour east of Salt Lake City. Park City enjoys a reputation as one of the best areas in the world for winter sports, with world-class resorts like Deer Valley, Alta, and Snowbird offering hundreds of ski trails within minutes of Downtown. The community is equally renowned as the home of the Sundance Film Festival, which draws huge crowds of filmmakers, fans, and critics to town every winter.
While tourism accounts for a massive portion of the people you’ll see around town, Park City is home to around 8,000 permanent residents, forming a tight-knit community of locals. Thanks to the constant flow of visitors, folks who live in park City year-round enjoy a wealth of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, specialty boutiques, art galleries, and other terrific venues for shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lincoln Station
Beautiful apartments in a great location near the bus system. Manager Veronica helped us throughout the process and Steven keeps all areas clean. 100%recommended!
We just moved to Lincoln Station and we had a great experience all along the process. Our very first interaction with Veronica, the Manager, made us feel very comfortable and played a crucial role in our decision to move in. Veronica is a kind soul, she helped us translating and made sure we did everything right through the application process. Steve, the maintenance person helped us at Move-in and gave us a quick instruction on the HVAC operation system and major appliances. Both of them good people, my deepest gratitude to them.
Stefany, is the newest manager here at the Lincoln Station and she is very approachable and understanding in all aspect. I felt her sincerity about my concern when I’m having struggling with my rent and after few weeks she asked her boss if she can move me at low income unit and I finally living at low cost apartment because of her huge help. And by the way, Steve the maintenance associate here is very approachable and knowledgeable about his job. This place is awesome! They changed a lot of things here as well, it is now more clean and organize.
The manager is incompetent and acts like he has something to prove. There’s zero utilities and rent isn’t cheap here. Apartment complexes are falling apart, concrete is breaking apart and this place has been open for 8 months. Wish I had other choices for rent at the time but this was it. ??
Complex is only a few months old and already falling apart inside and out. Cheap construction, poor quality. Utilities are expensive, rent is overpriced, no interior storage, bedrooms are tiny.
