Crosswoods is a small commercial hub and neighborhood located about 14 miles north of Downtown Columbus. Crosswoods is home to several hotels, restaurants, business parks, bars, a movie theater, and apartment complexes. The neighborhood is near several popular shopping and dining hubs including the Shops at Worthington Place, Polaris Towne Center, and Polaris Fashion Place. Crosswoods is also near several beautiful green spaces including York Golf Club, Sharon Woods, and Highbanks Metro Park, a lush park with 11 miles of hiking trails. Fittingly, the neighborhood is located at the intersection of Route 23 and Interstate 270 so residents can easily travel throughout the metro area.

Property Ratings at Lincoln Pointe
Lincoln Pointe. Oh, boy. Well, first off, I had a none too exceptional time trying to get just basic info on the apartments when I went in for the first time to see Lincoln Pointe. I attempted to get assistance to look for a new apartment, but was given less than exceptional assistance by the office worker at the time. She seemed rushed and eager to get rid of me when I came in for new information on the recently build apartment. She was discourteous, rather flustered, and acted as if she had something more important to handle besides myself in that situation. Not necessarily the worst thing imaginable, but coupled with the rather lackluster service of even discouraging my looking around the basic amenities or providing the folder to the complex until asked, which showed surprisingly high prices for such small apartments, and I found I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone rather quickly. Lincoln Pointe has nice shops and businesses close to it. It’s right next to the mall, of course. But I could find a place a short mile away for significantly less in the price range and not be disappointed in the least. Which is a shame, since I saw positive reviews for this place. Guess that’s why you scout a place out before deciding anything final.
