I think it's kind of sad lately they want to charge more for apartments but take more away. For instances we cannot grill no more so all of us have our grills either need to sell them or have them sit which means we all lose money on them. Also there are some other changes that are not right for instance medical marijuana they're trying to tell people they have to smoke 250 ft or more away from a building and not inside. Which for medical marijuana patients that is against the law we are not supposed to smoke outside but inside are home or on our property so I guessing they want kids to see people smoking marijuana outside for people who do smoke medical marijuana versus them smoking in their house and not having the kids see it. ??

Second review. We can now include the mold in the ac units, the non functional upstairs back bedroom heater , the out of code and illegal electrical box that has a 40% failure rate . No fire extinguisher we were promised when we moved in.. we finally bought our own . Multiple soft spots in the flooring that were noted on move in.

Our neighbors on either side of us are awesome. They're quiet and respectful. One of them even left us a sweet card saying how he appreciated having us as neighbors.

i’ve had no issues here this is my second year as i renewed my lease. The neighborhood is very well kept and it’s very clean. trash comes twice a week so there really isn’t issues with trash overflow and stink .

We still like it here been here almost 5 years. Last year gotten a little bit with new neighbors but it isn't to bad. Maintenance is new but still good.

Moving in was an easy process. The staff were great! The residents are nice. The maintenance is short staff so it takes awhile for them to come out to fix issues, but other than that, it’s a great place so far

Poor painting and drywall.. on the plus side I have zero trouble finding studs since most of the dry wall screws are popping threw. One week in and I already want to move.. Plumbing failure and a refrigerator failure as well as the unanswered maintenance requests.. Top it off with the smell of Marijuana

I give 5 stars ONLY because of the STAFF. OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE AWESOME! The staff at this Lincoln Park Complex are a compliment to Moegan Properties. Without the office and maintenance persons, I would give a 2 star rating. The apartments are very outdated. The office and maintenance personnel are trying hard to get the apartments in good condition. I thank Angel and her team for putting the effort in the apartments. Angel is down to earth and you can talk to her about anything. She is a real people person. She leads her coworkers in a positive manner. The maintenance personnel are very quick to respond to an issue. Marvin and his team are awesome as well. Thank you Angel and her whole team.

Apartments are nice, and having a balcony is a big win! Very friendly neighborhood and dog friendly! Not much noise here and we’re pretty close to west reading for different events. The staff and maintenance team are the best and listen for all feedback. Overall it’s been great here and we’ve renewed our lease for another year. Leading options are very flexible.

It’s quiet. 99% of the time there’s parking available. Rent is just too high and fees higher. Paying with cards even higher fees making it hard to pay on time

It’s been very smooth so far love the environment and the other residents have all been welcoming, it’s just me and my dog yui so we’re very low maintenance and really try to stay out the way but from small interactions in the area I’ve come to feel very at home

Community is nice. Ppl keep to themselves. Grounds are pretty.the best thing at this location is the office staff- Angel, Patrick, Justin, and the new guy. Without the staff this place would be lost and a hole in the wall. The apartments (at least mine) are run down. Old appliances, holes throughout the apartment, AC's are not insulated and at the one AC you can actually see the outside, that is how big the holes are in this apartment. Was using command hooks, so there wouldn't be any nail holes in the walls, but there are so many layers of paint on the walls, that the command hooks actually stretch the paint, and leaves a big hollow area. I started using nails, BC the hooks pull away from the wall BC of the layers of paint. And the carpet is not good carpet, probably the worse carpet I have ever come across. It's a shame my apartment is the way it is, BC it would be a very nice homey apartment, if it was fixed up.

Everything is great just not happy with the “upgraded kitchen” microwave is broken, outdated. Stove is very outdated just looks old and over used for the price. Other than that property is great so far!!
Central ac would have been nice. Washer unit slightly too small. Otherwise no other issues. It gets really stuffy in here during the summer with super high and uncomfortable humidity levels.

Overall pleasant and nice. I have friended a lot of residents. The dogs mostly nice too. The maintenance workers, Gary & Justin, are very nice too.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! They will do nothing to help you but instead make your life a living hell by making you pay for everything. They kept the only copy of a PFA I had and never returned it to me!!!!

It’s great, e-mails could be answered back a little more timely. Give us options to have carpet cleaning through the year for a discounted price

Recently moved from NYC and I can truly say, it’s been relaxing and beautiful here. Patrick, has been superb. The neighborhood is great, the complex very clean and neighbors very to themselves.

Moved in Mat 2023. So far experience has been wonderful. Quiet, maintenance is amazing. Love all the free perks. Patrick in the office is always so accommodating and friendly.
