Maintence request As usual my Apartment team was on point. They responded the very next day and had my requests done in 1 day. Can not ask for more than that. They are always prompt, friendly and professional. Job well done!

Great place to live and a highly efficient and empathetic management team The management team is AMAZING! True humans with deep empathy and passion for the community. Genuine people who put residents first and do their best possible to ensure that the residents have a good living experience. They are often misunderstood however and too much is expected from them in certain cases. They do their best in whatever capacities possible. Excellent We stayed here for 6 months, community is really good ample of place and all amenities nearby we enjoyed staying here
Great place to call home I just renewed my lease here at Lincoln Glen. I love it here and my kids love it too. It’s very family friendly, my kids love going out to play with other kids in the neighborhood and it feels very safe. Also, the staff is very professional and friendly. And I find it to be the lowest rate than average when it comes to rent.
I’ve been living at the Lincoln Glen Apartment since 2011. It’s safe and comfortable. I had a good experience. The only minor issue was with my upstair neighbor’s active activities around midnight, but the management took care of it seriously. Overall, management and maintenance team are very responsive and helpful, especially, the manager, Maria. Thanks!

After having lived here for 2 years, I recently moved my family out. The rent just kept going up and up. The very small size and age of the apartments and old decrepit kitchen appliances/bathroomfixtures didn't warrant the big increases in the rent rate. The water got shut off a lot during our stay there due to the plumbing I heard, but the staff was always courteous and prompt with maintenance issues. The complex has a problem with bugs, silverfish that are in everyone's apartments, and roaches that they can't seem to control. Might as well get your monie's worth if your going end up paying premium rent to work and live in the silicon valley.

worst apartment and worst neighborhood. noisy neighborhood. no repairs done by maintenance staff of the apt if a complaint is made. poor management staff. lots of insects and spiders in the compound and rooms too. expect the worst if u stay here.

These beautiful apartment in the center of everything . Very Close to Freeways public transportation, & all the groceries store name it. I and my husband moved in Sept 2012 from Dallas ,never had any issue till today. Very Genuine Staff Genuine people around. Its A safe, clean, friendly beautiful neighborhood . Very Well maintained . Love the pool and spa center. Love the Nature around Lincoln Glen apartment very cozy and relaxing. Rent if very affordable .

We have been in this apartment for almost 8 months now and we never had any major complaints as such. The best thing about this apartment community is that its close to the fremont hub and freeways and there is a bus stop right outside the gate. The only downside i felt was that the maintenance takes almost a day to come and work over the issue and i believe that depends on the priority that they might have set for the issues. Pros : Location Community Easy access to freeways Cons No washer /Dryer in unit for 1 beds atleast

I moved into Lincoln Glen in 2009 and moved out in 2011 due to my husbands job being transfered. The management was always so welcoming and courteous when i went by the office. The maintenance staff is friendly and always fixed my work orders in a timely manner. I would highly reccommend this property to any new residents moving in.
