Great Place to Live.
I have been here a short period of time but I have to say that I am glad I moved here. I have experienced no problems and Kelly has been super to work with. It is a nice quiet community with friendly tenants in a great location. What more would you want?

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
Funny I've lived at Lincoln crest for years. Yes we had a bug problem at one time and we haven't had any problems for almost a year. I like my home and never had any problems... Infact I had a review by the county and everything was approved. So im not sure why nobody writes positive reviews. Very happy renter.

Stay Away from Here!!!
DO NOT rent an apartment from here!!! The management is horrendous and if you are able to connect with them you just experienced a miracle. This complex is having a severe issue with bed bugs and they are not doing anything to combat them!!! The same tenant has had them 3 times and they are spreading throughout the complex! You will be charged thousands of dollars to combat them based on negligence on behalf of management and they will continue to come back! They had an onsite property manager who left over 2 years ago and the place is a disaster. From door was broke for months, carpets smell horrendous, you have to mail a paper check monthly, etc...
