Mill Park in Portland, Oregon presents a seamless blend of commercial enterprise and residential peacefulness. Apartments, condos, and retail establishments flourish along the SE 122nd Avenue corridor and across SE Division Street in the district's southern section. Off the main drags, residential streets range from quiet narrow lanes to broad avenues with sidewalks and boulevards. Tall deciduous and coniferous trees shade the streets.
Drive about 11 miles west for the sights and sounds of Downtown Portland, or enjoy local restaurants and activities. Locals enjoy the hiking trails and picnic facilities at the centrally-located Mill City Park, and they get together with neighbors for fitness and fun at the East Portland Community Center. There, you can swim a few laps at the pool, take a ballroom-dancing course, or buff up in the gym.

Property Ratings at Lincoln Court
Hi. I lived here for a year. Shortly after I moved in I had two mice running around. My bathroom ceiling caved in due to water damage from my upstairs neighbors. I would come home at night and see giant rats running to and from the dumpsters. The neighbors were constantly loud next to me and the neighbor above me would scream so bad that I thought she was dying. I once had a cop run through the back area chasing a bad guy. If you leave your parking spot to go somewhere, it usually gets taken. There is no guest parking so guests have to park across the street and hope their car doesn’t get broken into. Overall, the apartment was updated upon move in and repairs were fast. The rent was cheap at the time a few years ago. Wouldn’t recommend overall. Oh yeah, and a car had crashed into the side of the complex at one point… drunk driver. Lol. Interesting experience. ??
Do not recommend place is filled with mice, you aren’t treated like a valued tenant. Overall experience was just awful, not worth what you pay in rent at all.
