The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We want to take the opportunity to thank you for your positive feedback. We agree with you about our fabulous location where you can always find something to do close by! We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional place to call home for all our residents, and we are glad to see our efforts are making a difference. We appreciate your residency, and always know you can reach out to us for any questions or needs you may have. Thanks again!
Being downtown, the prices are what you would expect for an apartment in this location. It's a 10min walk to Amtrak, local theaters, and numerous other establishments. Both buildings have numerous security features. The courtyard in the back is a nice change from the buildings all around. Maintenance is excellent. Prompt fixes; the front staff are genuinely interested in making their tenants happy. Laundry on all floors. Seems to be a mix of young professionals and some college students. Any problems you mag associate with college students (loud noise) are non existent since management lays down the law. A bit pricey, but I can walk to work and not worry about parking or my safety in and around the apartment.
Library Hill apartments are in an extremely convenient location. If you prefer to walk, there are excellent locations within walking distance including the Milwaukee Public Museum, the Milwaukee Public Library and some good restaurants. If you prefer to bike, Library Hill is only a couple of blocks away from the Hank Aaron trial and you can also bike to the Harley Museum, the Third Ward and almost anywhere downtown in less than ten minutes. If you prefer to drive, there's a major interchange less than three blocks away! Library Hill also has amazing staff who genuinely care about tenants and their needs. And they give you free coffee!
I enjoy it's convenient location and can appreciate the security measures to insure the safety of its residents.
You can't go wrong with the Library Hill Apartments. It is located downtown with easy access to all that Milwaukee has to offer. It is also close enough to walk to Marquette University and Aurora Sinai. The community is safe and cultured and it is easy to drive to and from the apartments at any time of day. My apartment is a one bedroom one bath model with a fully equipped kitchen. There are laundry facilities on every floor, and a work-out room. The greatest thing about Library Hill is the service. When something breaks or needs repair, the maintenance team is always there quickly, and they are very friendly. Mandel Group is always easy to reach and are very supportive. Great place to live!
