Apartment is and nice and clean. However, since it is made of wood and old, you can hear creaking noises when people walk in the hallway or on the upper floors.

I recently moved back to my hometown of Bethel Park PA. When I was looking for a new home, I came across Liberty Pointe online, and thought it was a beautiful complex in a great location. I came to Pittsburgh for a tour, and I was sold! I was able to complete the application/lease process online while I packed my belongings in Florida. I was able to set up utilities, autopay, etc. remotely. Move in day was a breeze! It's only been a few weeks, but I know I'm going to love my new home!

For the most part everyone is very friendly. The apartments are very accommodating and maintained. Service requests are handled promptly. Having the option for indoor parking is a plus. Great location all around. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

When we moved to Liberty Pointe apartment, at the first night, we could not get the set room temperature and also hot water enough hot to take shower. As the next day was national holiday, we could not request the maintenance. Then, at the next day to the national holiday, a maintenance people came to my apartment to solve these problems. To my surprise, he simply turned the knob on the gas boiler panel to the max. position. I could not understand why this type of adjustment had been made before or right after we moved to the apartment.

My first impression of Liberty Pointe was sticker shock but once I visited the property I understood why the rental prices were what they are. Liberty Pointe is a wonderful place to reside. Recently remodeled apartments are lovely. The kitchen appliances are exceptional and the white cabinets look amazing. A major plus is having a washer & dryer in our apartment. Also, love have the elevator & choice of indoor parking.

Liberty Pointe is a great place to live! We’ve already recommended to other people. It’s a great location! We can walk to church, doctor’s offices, food shopping, and the security is wonderful!

I lived at Liberty Pointe for a little over a year and loved it! I was clean, well-managed, and charming with lovely landscaping and a beautiful pool and picnic area. The area is great, and all needs are within walking distance, With indoor parking, trash and recycle removal, and indoor mailboxes, all was at fingertips. I had been upset about a miscommunication with Greystar, but that was quickly remedied, so I reschind a previous poor rating. the maintence crew were also wonderful and went the extra mile when necessary.
