Property Ratings at Liberty Park Apartments
I have lived at Liberty Park since Summer 2020 (4 years). I LOVE my 3bd/2ba unit! Office Manager is kind and responsive. Appliances that break are repaired or replaced in a timely fashion. It's quiet and your neighbors care about you and your family. I am truly at home in this community. Starting in 2022 (year 2), Post-Pandemic inflation has caused my rent to be increased by $100/month per year with each new lease contract (3 times so far).
I've lived in these apartment for almost 5/6 years . It's been an amazing experience . I live with my fiancé and our two children . We pay 1125 a month and I have a minimum wage job and also in college . This complex has very sweet people and I love the manager . It also allows dogs and it's such a great place to live in .
Awesome! Best apartments I've ever lived in and the manager is very awesome!
