Only hiccup was when we moved in, the apartment was not as described. Management made it right with some incentives and first look at apartments that come available that fit our need. The complex has everything you need and is in a great and safe location.
Love the location. Wholefoods in the same building, running to the grocery store has never been easier. the maintenance staff is top notch.

The area is amazing and the building is clean. I just wish some of the amenities worked (fireplace outside) and that the pool was open for longer in the summer than 8pm.

My husband and I just moved back into the Liberty Harbor East apartment building. We couldn't wait to return to the city and especially to this building. We had a short term lease for an apartment in the building last year. We decided to return and requested a long term lease because we had such a great experience. The leasing team, executive concierge and maintenance team cannot be better! Anthony and Valencia helped us to find the perfect apartment for us. Everyone greets us by name and with a smile no matter how busy they might be at the time. They even greet our dog Lexi and make us always feel like we are part of a community. It's a great place to live!

Location and amenities are great. Maintenance staff is always responsive to requests. Many very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Being able to get to Whole Foods without going outside is a great perk.

Loving the variety of the community events happening in the building. There’s movie nights, local vendors for organic products and plants, happy hours with a gym, etc. One thing I regret not being able to enjoy beyond summer is the pool, which is not open during the rest of the year, likely due to it being outdoor.

It’s been one year and we love it here. We love all the amenities especially the gym and the swimming pool. Once in awhile the leasing office gets a bit confused and sometimes it seems the right hand isn’t in sync with the left hand , but all in all, it’s been a lovely experience!

The apartment is great! The quality of the finishes and the materials are great! The amenities are nice! The activities are few and far between. There could be more consistent attendance at the concierge desk as many deliveries are delayed / missed because there is no one to let them in.

The most beautiful complex in Baltimore, by far! You get what you pay for and won't regret it. It is impeccably clean, amazing views, and the dog park is awesome.

We love living at the Liberty! We've been in the building for just over a year now and have found the staff to be responsive, kind and focused on customer service. The building is great and the apartment views are unbeatable.

Great location, having Wholefoods in the holding is very convenient. Leasing team is always nice and responsive to inquiries. Great maintenance staff.

Living here has been like living at a resort. Where else in Baltimore can you have the experience of being high above the Harbor and view the beautiful sunsets from my window? I realize there are other high rise apartments in this area, but none compare to the amenities that we have here. I enjoy going outside during every season on the amenity floor ( yes, even winter) because you can always take in the breathtaking view. After living here for three wonderful years, I’m sad to say that I’m re-locating in six months to be closer to family. I’m going to a lovely area in the Hudson Valley, however, and I’ve found a Bozzuto- managed property to make my new home!

I am very disappointed in my experience at the Liberty Harbor East. It is my first Bozutto managed property and it has not lived up to expectations. The property manager (aside from maintenance team) and leasing office seem to only serve Bozutto management and do not provide services to residents. Specifically the building was pitched with luxury concierge lifestyle services however none of that has been made available. For example the concierge is strictly a front desk role to assist with running the building while the resident events are put on and run by the leasing agents. There is no dedicated concierge team. Another example is when you move in, you are provided a pass to get a discount at the local Harbor East Atlas restaurants (since you are paying an extraordinarily inflated rent) however it is not honored anywhere and was never implemented by the building. Beyond that there are a multitude of issues from packages being left out in the open, extraneous charges continually added to rent, constant construction, and unsecured parking garage.
