Property Ratings at Lexington Crossing
Been a great two years overall. Life is convenient, peaceful, and safe here. Close to everything that matters to me (grocery, highway, gas station, mall). Quiet and well taken care of landscaping makes it a very nice place to live. Not perfect, but charming and a great bang for the buck. Love the abundance of tall trees all around that make it secluded. Maintenance takes care of issues promptly. Management follows through with their word. Staff in general goes above and beyond and is friendly.
They hold plentiful of events for the residents that involve coming together for activities and food. The LC bus is convenient for those heading to certain parts of UF.
Very good. I live the mailing and new bus system implemented from last year. I also love how there is personal trash service every night on weekdays as last year we were forced ti go across the apartment complex and dump our own trash. Loving the new management!
Love this place one of the most perfect spots to live at Gainesville, they will make you feel really confortable with all the attention and amenities
It’s a okay place to stay , but you just have to make best of what you have. I’ll say maintenance is pretty okay. The gym is nice and phase one pool
The property and management are good. Response to maintenance calls is usually fast. Overall cleanliness of the complex is really good. Available bus service to UF campus.

Really great place highly recommend. There is problems with the wifi sometimes and often there is quite a strong trash smell due to residents leaving trash out for pickup. But otherwise awesome place.
Very nice and smooth process, only thing is some places in the apartment weren't clean. The kitchen had spots on the ceiling and the floor was dirty. Also, not all the oven stove tops were working or the dishwasher.
I really enjoy living here because it’s a community ran for students by students! You have so many amenities from a basketball court to a pool to a mail room so you don’t have to worry about your package is getting stolen and even a gym and free printing!!
It very nice here. I love being a resident here and having all the bonus such as the study room, gym and pool. Also the area is very nice and the neighbors are nice, and its super easy to go to my schoo.
Good environment, good staff, the maintenance is always quick and efficient. There is a bus in front of the apartment which is very convenience.
Neighborhood is great and the busses are extremely convenient- I know I can always rely on the buses to get to class on time (either RTS or the personal shuttle)
Living at Lexington Crossing has been a great experience. The amenities are solid, the location is super convenient for getting to campus, and the community has a fun, social vibe. Maintenance is responsive, and the shuttle service is a major plus for students. Overall, a good mix of comfort, convenience, and value.
I have had a good experience living in Lexington Crossing. The amenities are pretty nice and so is the staff. I like how big the bedrooms are and that there is no carpet throughout the apartment.
It’s been great living at LC. The staff and the people that live there are amazing. The small events that they host for the students is a great way to relax and get to know your neighbors
So far my experience has been nothing great with the few minor hick ups that were taken care of professionally and fast loving my stay so far
My experience has not been bad. I love the location of Lexington Crossing and the amenities are nice! My only complaint is the lack of personal care that I sometimes experience from the office, but that is common for many complexes. It’s not the end of the world.
Wonderful I love living here. Lovely atmosphere wonderful staff that is always willing to help. I have been living here for almost 2 years and I truly do enjoy my experience.
Rent price is very worth it and inexpensive. Maintenance is always really fast and usually comes within a day or two. The amenities are also nice.
Friendly staff here. The location is convenient for commuting to and from school with great local spots to explore and dine at. Would recommend as there is also a simple and smooth option for those looking to sublease.

The first room I moved into wasn't that good. The bathroom was leaking all the time and the the interior was just very unclean. The second room in phase 1 was a lot better. Everything was cleaned out except the floor still had paint that was very difficult to wash off.

The staff here have been nothing but kind but unfortunately I am not a fan of whoever is in charge above and running things. This apartment seems money hungry and likes to put their residents to the side and not help with maintence requests or other requests. None of these issues are jabs at the office people but I expect better. My one star goes to the office people who have been nothing but kind and patient and understanding from day one. No complaints when it comes to them but it takes decades for things to get done here or it never actually gets done. I pay to live here. It should not be that way. This whole new trash system sucks too, wym I’m being forced to pay $10 every month for a terrible trash system who doesn’t always pick up on time and is extremely pick with how trash is placed. How does that make sense? You have 3x3s and 4x4s so trash gathers quickly and we can’t just plan for trash. I have a lot more stuff to say but you get the picture but im done with this place.

Good price, so cannot complain much. Community areas are clean and taken care of. The apartment was rough when I moved in but they did give us new furniture. I'm glad the wifi is fixed.

The amenities are nice, and the study room is really chill. However, getting maintenance requests completed is very difficult; oftentimes, someone will mark it as complete, and the office tells you that they're marking it as such because maintenance is starting to work on it. But then you never have it completed, and then you have to submit a whole new request, which is then moved to the bottom of the list.

It is an ok complex. Rent was raised an unreasonable amount this year with the reasoning being better amenities, but said amenities are not worth said rent

Nice, comfortable, quiet area, everything like shopping center, Walmart, pharmacy is all around the corner. The building is very clean. The office manager and the leasing employees are very nice and friendly as soon you walk in the office doors they are already greeting you and been very nice. So far I love this place.

Good but no communication with work orders. All is well though. Good staff, fair apartment rent, nice amenities, etc etc. Another thing is a few fees bringing up the base rent high than it really is but it’s still a fair price.

So far, so good! The room I'm in is very spacious and the closet is huge. The amenities such as the pool and gym are also a great touch. The only downside is when I moved in, there was paint EVERYWHERE. In the bathtub, on the floor, on the windows, etc. But overall great deal for the price.

This apartment is a place to live, at the end of the day. However, it has given my roomates and I many issues. Our AC was leaking water for weeks and no matter how many maintenance requests we put in, no one fixed it (but checked off that it was fixed). Theres also a pest problem, as seen with the roaches all over the place from our apartment to even the gym. Theres also a tree infested with bats right outside of my specific building and they fly really low to the ground at night.

I’ve lived here for several months and have really enjoyed the apartment and surrounding community. The unit has good natural light, solid storage, and the building is well-maintained. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the local shops and transit are within easy walking distance. Management responds quickly to maintenance requests. The only downsides was the dumping site but I have seen a great change Overall — highly recommend. Rating: 5 / 5

The apartment is well furnished. Lexington is quite accessible from the campus. The amenities are amazing. Everything is well maintained. Community is lively!

Great community but I don’t like that all notifications about rent is posted on door for everyone to see your personal information. That’s definitely a drawback for renewing for next year.

I love this place so far- only negative would be the (lack of) cleanliness of the room before someone moves in. I spent 12 hours cleaning the room before bringing any stuff inside but it’s perfect now.

My resident experience is going very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. Everybody is very friendly thinking about reading more modeling lease for another year.

I have had many issues upon move in that have only been partially resolved. I feel like the office is not on top of their communications. Even after moving units, I also am still experiencing a bug problem. At this point it seems site wide. The staircases are disgusting and the rails are unusable as they have paint and rust chipping off. I just overall do not feel safe here.
