Property Ratings at Lewis Place
My experience at Lewis Place Apartments has been disappointing overall. While the complex itself has potential and the property is nice, the quality of living is significantly impacted by poor community standards and a lack of oversight. Many tenants leave trash scattered around, play loud music, and smoke on the property, and children are often unsupervised and running in the streets. There was even a shooting in one of the buildings, and management responded by closing the leasing office the following day instead of addressing residents’ safety concerns. It also appears that management is not actively resolving ongoing issues, and frequent staff turnover in the office makes it difficult to communicate or receive consistent support. I would strongly recommend exploring other housing options before choosing Lewis Place. The price is not worth it!
This place is beautiful but this is not a good place to live. WE JUST GOT HERE AND WE ARE MOVING ASAP! From the loud music to the kids running rampid and causing chaos with no adult in site its utter chaos after hours! Sometimes the music is sooo loud I have to litterally sit in my bathroom just to be able to work! I was attempting to enter my car one afternoon and was nearly run over by somebody driving through the parking lot doing I know what had to be 65 miles per hour! I'm disgusted with this place and my vehicle has been damaged several times by the kids that live here and the parents are never in site!
This is a terrible place to live ! I would go into detail but they keep deleting my review.
Good location...close to Wake Medical Center, downtown Raleigh, shopping areas, restaurants and grocery stores. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
I have called this place several times. Left several messages and sent emails. I have submitted an application in September of 2023. Last I have got an email from someone several months ago. I was listed as number 64. Since being told this I have reached out. No response from no one. All I wanted to know is where I’m at on the list. Not to mentioned I had someone else apply which they did way after I did and was contacted there is an appt available.
Nice apartments, but bad management. It’s noisy, disrespectful neighbors, trash on the ground, young people hanging out selling drugs. Don’t move here! Management needs to do better. Ride around and check out what’s going on around you.
