LeVeque Tower

I recently moved into this apartment community and, unfortunately, my experience so far has been deeply disappointing. Upon move-in, I discovered that the shower in my unit was not functioning — a clear indication that a proper inspection was not conducted before my arrival. As a result, I have been unable to use the shower for two full days, which is unacceptable for any living situation. I submitted a maintenance request on the second day of move in, expecting it to be treated with urgency given the circumstances. However, despite being a new resident and the issue directly affecting basic living conditions, the matter was not addressed as an emergency.After waiting for several hours, I had to call after hours and the matter couldn’t be fixed since there was no plumber available and subsequently didn’t take a shower that day. In addition to this, I noticed unexplained additional charges on my credit card related to parking, even though parking fees were already accounted for. I reached out to management to address this, but have yet to receive a response or resolution. It has only been a short time since I moved in, but the lack of responsiveness and attention to detail has left me sincerely dissatisfied. The quality of service and follow-through does not align with the expectations set by the property’s branding. Based on my experience thus far, I cannot recommend this apartment community to prospective residents.

Terrible management. There was recently a water leak that wasn't addressed until the fifth day when we were evacuated. The management is juvenile and unprofessional. There is a complete lack of control of the building since the management company contracts third parties for many of the services they provide. For example, there are frequently issues in the parking garage but management hides behind the fact that it's run by a third party. This is a horrible place to live because management is so awful. Avoid living here at all costs!

I’ve genuinely never been so happy living somewhere. The building is stunning and beautifully decorated. The staff for Kaufman is great they’re always on top of anything you need. Would recommend living here to anyone that wants the big city experience.

Lauren was fantastic! Professional. Courteous. Accommodating Personable. Direct. Helpful. Efficient. Empathetic. I can’t say enough good things about her. The apartment and views are amazing. Best views in the city for July 3&4 fireworks! The Kauffman Team, security, hotel and The Keep staff are all so terrific and accommodating to the residents, definitely recommend Tower living.

I am new to renting apartments, as I just moved out of my house of 10 years. I decided to move to the LVQ to try something new and Lauren from Kauffman has made this transition for me so easy. She is prompt, super helpful, never seems annoyed at my many questions, and communicated clearly with me throughout the application and move-in process. I really enjoy the atmosphere within the building and love coming home to my little corner unit each evening -- the views are absolutely stunning. While I do not have much to compare this experience to, I can't imagine anything better or more tenant-friendly. Many thanks to Lauren and the great team at Kauffman for easing my nerves about renting!

It is said that living in luxury is a lifestyle. For the past year and a few months I have had the priviledge of residing in "The LeVeque". What a wonderful experience. I personally appreciate that it lives like a hotel,an experience that is typically offered in major metropolitan cities. The Keep is a culinary champion, which I frequent. Vistas of Columbus, The Scioto Mile and National Veterans Museum are incredible. I so enjoy the peace & serenity this iconic building exudes. When I am at home there, I am in a better place. We are extremely pleased with the management of this building as well as the amenities offered. We completely recommend the Building! Nothing about this feels like an apartment at all. It is not cookie-cutter, and is simply beautiful
