Leasing office is very friendly but very very hard to get a hold off. When there is hiccups, its hard to trust that they will take care of issues unless you go there physically.

Living in Levare has been awesome. Living inside the Santana row, yet very queit and private living at the same time. Would highly recommend to those who wants to enjoy the day and night life in safe and nice neighborhood.

We moved in just four months ago and it has been a fantastic experience so far! The community is well-maintained, and feels like home. The management, Leasing office staff and maintenance teams are great! The only challenge we’ve faced is the limited availability of car chargers. We are currently on the waitlist, and I really hope they add more soon, as it’s been inconvenient for us with electric cars. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to live.

If anything breaks at Levare. They replace it with cheap supplies, inferior and poor quality. It is no longer the place of quality and comfort as it was before. My Bosch refrigerator was replace with humming Whirlpool. My ceiling now has two colors. I am hoping nothing else breaks in this place.
I love our complex very much. We have been living here for the third year. It is quiet and calm, the gorgeous Santana street is right at the exit. There are always security guards near the house. It is safe.

Like it?? It's quiet and calm in our complex, I love it very much. And the staff is very good. Plus there is always coffee in the lobby, sometimes I'm too lazy to make it at home. This is a very big plus of the complex - the availability of delicious coffee.

Prices are going up a lot. There are newer and cheaper apartments nearby. There is no pool in Levar, you have to go to the neighboring complex, there is nothing. Unfortunately, you will have to think about moving.

Fantastic location with unique and useful floorplans!
Great place, quite but at times there is a lingering smell of weed in the hallways and in the bathrooms. The maintenance service is prompt.

Levare is a nice, well maintained building with using the new technology for better living standards.
My wife and I are enjoying your living experience at Levare Apartments! The location is a major highlight for you both, with over sixty-two restaurants, spas, and cafes within just five blocks. This provides an incredible amount of variety and convenience, making it easy to explore and try new things. It's also wonderful that the apartment is quiet and secure, providing a comfortable living space for you both. Additionally, the meticulously maintained grounds show a dedication to providing a high-quality living experience, which is always appreciated. What really stands out to us is how Levare luxery apartments seems to offer the best of both worlds - a quiet and secure living environment inside the complex, and a vibrant and exciting atmosphere just outside. The fact that stepping outside feels like a festival creates an enjoyable and dynamic living environment that is sure to keep us both entertained. Overall, the Levare Apartments has provided me and my wife with an amazing living experience. We hope our enjoyment continues for many years to come!
Sure, the community is in a nice location -- but once you've signed a lease, the management not longer cares about you. Management is rude and shows no concern for keeping residents. There is also supposed to be a concierge in the building, but you will never find one...only a sign directing you to walk across the street to find them at the sister property. Enjoy your first year, because after that they will hike your rent by $500/mo. They host "Town Halls" for people to voice their wants and needs, however nothing actually gets done - like the stairwell carpet smelling strongly of dog pee for over a year, despite the issue being raised at a Town Hall two years running, or the year it took to create a simple fix to parking issues for people with two cars. On the surface everything looks great, but we've had issues with almost all of our appliances, which are older and not as big as the appliances that were shown to us when we visited. Beware. With the rent hike, there are newer, more luxurious places in cute downtowns like Redwood City that you can get for the same exact price.

You don't have to be rich to live in Santana Row. The Levare building is a quieter building than the surrounding complexes. Not many amenities here but it is clean and quiet. There is an outdoor fireplace and bbqs in the courtyard area. If you like to eat, it is so convenient to step out your front door and select from many restaurants. Fogo de Chao stands out the best for me. With the outdoor music, shopping, and movie theater, its a nice place to live for entertainment and night life too.
