I've been living here for 3 years, and I'm very happy. The place is nice and well located. I've never lived in a place where you ask for something in an emergency and they literally take it as an emergency. Something breaks down and they've come at 10 at night or 12 at night to help me. Their staff is very respectful and very helpful.

I enjoy the location — I get walk in the Red Bug Slough pretty much every day — Siesta Key is only 4 miles away and Publix a mile up and Walmart a mile down both in walking distance. It’s quiet at night.

L'Estancia is a great place to live only 10 minutes from the SIesta Kay beaches. The community is extremely well cared for, with very nice and clean amenities; gym, on-site laundry and pool. The Red Bug Preserve adjacent is very peaceful for daily walks or jogs. This is a very safe community in a great neighnorhood and the Management is very accessible and professional. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live check this commmunity out : )

Great place to live! I moved to Florida from out of state as many do, and signed my first lease just as a temporary place until I found something to purchase; but living here is very nice, so I am in no hurry. I can now take my time and just signed a second lease. The staff is the best! Very freindly and responsive. The grounds are well kept with a nice lake and fountain in the center. The facilities are top notch, especially having the gym and laundry onsite saves having to leave to complex. And they have their own dog park! How great for people with dogs. The play ground area is nice as well. I often walk or jog through the peaceful Red Bug Slough adjacent the property and like that we have our own private, direct entrance to the park.

The move-in was very nice! We thought it was gonna be kinda hard cause it was my mom and I only but some neighbors helped us move the heaviest things into the apartment so it ended up being easier than we thought! We're so grateful. ?? We love it here, it's beautiful and they've all been pretty kind! The girl from the main office gave us some welcome gifts and almost made us cry cause she was so thoughtful. ????
The maintenance crew does a fantastic job maintaining the apartments and have a fast response time. The grounds here are always beautiful. A very relaxing place to live.
The location is unbeatable — the Red Bug Slough Preserve in walking distance — Siesta Key beach only a little over 4 miles away — the staff is accommodating and residents are cheerful.

It’s nice outside of the apartment and has great places to walk but with the age of the apartments themselves need to be better kept there is plumbing issues constantly and the bathrooms are prone to mold because of lack of ventilation but the people that live here are friendly and nice.

I have been happy leaving here in this complex for more than 15 yrs. The grounds, lake and nature it's amazing ??. Management is working constantly to improve and update the place. We are very central located and few miles away from all the shops and markets. And the best only few minutes away from Siesta Key, One of the best beach in Florida.

Nice affordable apartment complex in gulf gate that's near the beaches. Dog friendly and Maintenance has a great response time. Red bug slough preserve is conveniently new door. Great place to take a walk or fish.

Maintenance issues were not fixed after repeat requests and things should have been done before move in, such as pantry shelves put in, working porch lights, sliding door should have been able to be opened before move in. Office staff is always wonderful.
Great subdivision. Beautiful gardens, huge parking lot. The manager and maintenance workers are amazing! Never have any issues since I moved here. 100% recommended!
L’Estancia continues to be a favorite place for me to be — so close to everything I could possibly want or need — 4 miles from Siesta Key beach and the Red Bug Slough is practically in my back yard. I truly LOVE it here!

The location of this apartment is wonderful, very close to amenities and hiking trails to take our pup on. People are respectful and kind. The apartment itself is a little dated and could use some new renovations, but access to the gym and pool is nice.

the staff here is great, jade and terri are the best. and the prices are not crazy high, really recommend living here. the amenities are always taken care of, as well as the lawn

I just moved here in August from another state and very glad I chose L'Estancia. The office management Jade and Terrie made the move easy and have been very responsive to my inquiries getting settled in. They have gone above and beyond what I expected : ) The maintenance staff, Chris, Mike and Ramon have been excellent as well. Overall the grounds are beautiful and park like, and the gym, pool and laundry are super clean and very nice.

Great location. Grounds are kept up for a wonderful garden setting. It is nice to see so many residents enjoying the amenities. Since it is right next to the Red Bug Slough, many residents with dogs (or without) can seamlessly walk around the property and be in a nature preserve. Unfortunately, some residents with dogs refuse to pick up their dog's waste. Other than that, it is nice to be so close to a bus stop and a shopping center is just a mile walk away.
