The maintenance staff continues to be awesome. There is still dog poop all around the property and the garage door has been broken for a long time, making safety a concern.

I have had a great experience thus far. I was moving from Las Vegas to Austin and trying to find the right apartment complex. I came across Bell Lakeshore and spoke with Skylar. She was extremely friendly and helpful and really helped me through the leasing process.

I love my apartment and the community so far. So cozy and easy to move into. A perk are the near by elevators. The doors to the balcony make the space lovely.

The apartment is very nice. It has everything I need. The amenities are great. I love that I can sit outside and work and the game room is a great place to relax with friends.

Things are improving here as far as the living experience. Maintenance is continually wonderful. The neighborhood is getting more and more sketchy

Smooth and easy transition in front desk was a ton of help and so friendly! Whole apartment complex was clean and easy to get around! Pool and other amenities are stellar as well!

We have lived here for a little less than a month. So far we have had a great experience. We like the location and the community amenities are great! We hope for a few security improvements with the entryway doors, but the staff has been very responsive and informed us of the planned repairs to ease our worries. We recommend living here, we have enjoyed our time thus far!

Awesome experience! Great amenities and location; we especially like the gym, lap pool and multiple hangout areas. This is the type of place that you end up staying several years.

Broken entry doors, stolen packages, dirty hallways, under construction at all time, mold in apartments (make sure you inspect before move in), front office with no solutions or just says “idk” but ready to charge you fees any chance they get.

I am really happy with the apartment. Just what I expected! I am already recommending this apartment to my family and friends. I hope to be here for a long time!

The energy in this apartment complex is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly. The amenities are kept well and the apartment is up to date. I love all the lighting in the units as well.

The management has made some improvements recently which has been nice. The neighborhood could be better as there are often a lot of non-residents on the property.

Overall a good place to live. Pools are nice, coffee and proximity to the lady bird trail are a plus. Noise is not an issue and maintenance is always quick to respond.

The management has been accessible and helpful, and the apartment itself is fantastic. The amenities available to tenants are also very nice and well kept, so it really feels relaxing to be in your own home.

Things always seem broken and in-progress of being fixed. It was worth it before but rent keeps increasing significantly with a deterioration in up keep of the apartment and facilities.

Love the apartment building and everyone seems respectful and nice, very happy with my apartment and the noise levels as well, can really only hear the traffic outside.

It's very disconcerting that the dwellers above my floor can play music virtually 24/7 loud enough to disturb not only my daytime rest activities but also my sleep at night AND the apartment administration seemingly does absolutely nothing about this problem even though they've been contacted repeatedly! The security people have been called at night to check on this problem but nothing satisfactory ever comes of it. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone needing a bit of peace and quiet or sleep at night!

So far so good! Seamless key pick up, apartment was clean when I arrived, nothing wrong with the apartment to note. Love the amenities, location, and space!

Great apartment with excellent staff/leasing agents. Highly recommend this complex to everyone! Maintenance staff is wonderful as well and has fixed all problems promptly.

Wish the grills got cleaned more frequently but other than that solid place to live. Staff is friendly and great a making events for the community to get together. I actually know most of my neighbors

Good location, great leasing & maintenance team. Amenities are great including coffee and onsite gym. Community gate locks could be better on locking to ensure community safety.

I love living here, management team is excellent. Very clean, in and out of apt. Grounds and pool are always kept up, and communication between management team and tanners is great.

Bike stolen no response from management . Dirty carpets have not been replaced in 5 years, sink gnats, rust dirt and grime and prob mold in apartment. Dangerous area of town.

Management wise the place has got a lot better than when I first moved here. Neighbors over all great! There have however been issues with the pool, some people don’t respect quiet hours. Even with locks in place. So if you’re a light sleeper, 10/10 don’t recommend the pool area to live.

Everything is being great. I really feel like they’re taking care of the building. Always clean, they repair anything needed fast. And we love our apartment. We don’t want to leave anytime soon. I hope rent don’t go up fast :(

Nice apartment, well kept amenities. Location is close to the walking trail around the lake. Maintenance has been very helpful with fixing issues in a timely fashion.

The amount of homeless people that are on the property has increased significantly. There has also been in influx of crime in the area making it feel more unsafe, especially at night.

So cool! Really enjoyed all the accomodations and the area is just so great. Super fun to live here, specially during summer time. Both pools are just always kept super clean and the staff is super attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

Been great so far, maintenance is quick to respond and front desk has some of the best apartment service I’ve ever had while living in Austin.

I’ve lived here for just over 4.5 years and I’ve stayed only because I love my apartment/unit. The community has declined in terms of up-keep and the property owners and management staff have changed more times than I count. It’s ridiculously overpriced (like waaaay overpriced) and the property is always experiencing issues with the elevators, or garage doors, or inconsiderate pet owners who let their dogs pee and poop in the hallways, elevators, common areas, etc. The maintenance team LIVES to mow, leaf-blow, weed-eat every morning starting around 7:55 - 8:00 AM; which is just awesome (sarcasm). AND the building-wide fire alarm system notoriously goes off regularly between 2AM and 4AM; and will blare until AFD arrives 45 to hour later. My advice, only rent here if there’s a specific apartment that you really want; there are a couple units with 13 ft ceilings, or huge patios, etc; otherwise RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE, for real.

The staff of the apartments is very attentive and try to help you with any need you might have, the apartments are in very good condition, the amenities are very good.

Great neighbors, neighborhood is still questionable for the price, but location is great! Security can use an uplift, but over all 7.5/10. Fraziers is the best bar in town and is right across the street.

Amenities are great, however there is an issue with building security and easy access for non-residents / potential thieves. I have already had packages stolen from my apartment door and know of others who have had similar experiences.

Great apartment so far! Leasing staff is very friendly and they made the move-in process very seamless. Maintenance came within a day to fix minor issues.

They attract you with a decent move in rate because they want to lock you in because people move out so quick as soon as they realize how much in danger your life will be in. Please do not ignore reviews. This is a very unsafe community and complex. Gates are always broken for months and breezeway never work either. Homeless men roam the halls trying to open apt doors and one chased me to my car. When I was inside my car he jumped on my car’s hood and pounded my car so hard trying to open my doors. Women please don’t move here, these people don’t care about your life! Its a very dirty, dark and unsafe place. Pay a little more but don’t move here. My attack happened on the very first day I moved in and I couldn’t sleep there after that!!! I had many anxiety fear filled moments as soon as I would get to my apt. complex. This is not a way to live in peace

Improvements have been made around the property, though the grounds remain frequently covered in dog poop, homeless people digging through the dumpsters and walking around the property day and night, and a lot of hallway doors remain broken. The office staff is often rude, doesn't take accountability, and takes a lackadaisical approach to complaints and concerns such as the valet trash not getting picked up, which residents pay $35 a month for.

Really good experience so far. Skylar is the best leasing consultant I have met in my entire life. She is absolutely amazing! Overall the apartment is really nice, simple and relaxing.

Great building and amenities that are kept pretty clean. Staff is kind and helpful. A little tricky buzzing people in if you live on the 1st floor of the east side of the building but there is a workaround. Apartment was clean when I moved in.

Good experience, just expensive for what is offered. Location is good, most up and coming but some is still kinda sketch. I wouldn’t go to the H-E-B right next to it, unless curbside.

Bell Lakeshore is definitely a great place for anyone and everyone. It has an amazing set of amenities and community facilities, like gym, pool, game room, garage, terrace, etc. the aesthetics of this apartment complex are also beautiful.

Love the high ceilings. Some space could be used better - the bathroom seems too large and the space could have been better utilized elsewhere in the layout of the floorpans. The amenities here are great. The gym is good, but does lack some equipment that would be useful for those who lift or train more seriously.
