Location is great. Management does what they can. Condition of apartments is hit or miss.

Maintenance was able to come to my apartment less than an hour after submitting the work request. My A/C issue was fixed in less than half an hour. Very professional and polite. Thank you!

I really love this apartment complex. The staff are always friendly, they host cute events that I actually enjoy attending, and the location/price is so great! The neighbors are quiet and respectful. I feel like I can relax and take a nap in the middle of the day despite having neighbors on all four sides; I don’t hear any of them. Issues are resolved quickly, I’m very happy I chose to live here.

I actually really like living at Lennox SouthPark. All the staff are elite and the build quality of the apartments are very solid. I’ve been here for about a year now. Anytime I have a maintenance issue it gets resolved immediately.

I love the neighborhood. The fact it is very pedestrian. The walls are very thin. You hear everything from your neighbors in the hallway, which is extremely aggravating. But I’m close to work. Rent is much higher than it should be and I may be leaving At the end of this

'- Lennox SouthPark is conveniently located near and very walkable to great shopping and restaurants. - Concierge, Winston, is GREAT and very helpful when he's in the office and/or able to assist. - Maintenance is always courteous and helpful. - The complex is attractive, in a great neighborhood with mature trees, and well maintained. Parking garage is very convenient.

We've have enjoyed being residents of Lennox for three years. The community seems to attract a good clientele and the staff serves the community very well. The premises are always carefully maintained.

I visited 10 properties in 24 hours and Lennox South Park was my last property. The moment I connected with Lynn (property manager), I knew this would be my home. The property is on a very nice location; you have everything within a walking distance including the huge mall. The property is kept super clean and it’s not noisy.

I honestly would not come back. The only reason I am not leaving is because I am locked in with a lease. Nothing about moving here was smooth and easy and I should have listened to those red flags before locking anything in. The only perks of this place are the location, maintenance and parking. These things still are not enough for me to want to renew my lease. If I knew what I know now before I signed, I would not be living here.

The issue I have is with the leasing office staff, specifically the assistant property manager (the maintenance team is separate of this - they have been responsive & prompt in any issue I've had, which has been few & far between). I have lived here for about 10 months & there have been quite a few issues with the leasing office. The package center is a joke. There are few lockers available (considering the size of the community) & when the delivery people drop the packages in the delivery room but not in a locker, an email is sent to the entire community saying that this is a fire hazard & that it's our fault. I've also had packages rejected & stolen because of this issue. The back enclosed area for dogs is a mess. It's riddled with dog poop & trash (beer bottles, glass shards, full trash bags, etc.) & the leasing office has done absolutely nothing despite people complaining about it. We've also had an issue with a resident smoking weed & it stinks up the entire floor. When I went to the office to let them know, she told me that the residents had to find out who it was & only then could the leasing office send out a general notice to everyone reminding them of the smoking policy. So bizarre! In my building, one of the elevators was out for about 5 months earlier this year & the only update we ever got from the team was immediately after I went to the office to inquire what was going on (it had been pretty much inoperable for 2 months at that point with no information). At that time, when I went to the office to simply ask about the elevator, the assistant property manager rudely asked, "who on earth are you?". When I explained that I was simply looking to be sure they knew it was an issue (some others of us in the building had been discussing how weird it was that we hadn't heard anything) & were working on it (I also explained that I was aware & understood that there are still issues with repairmen/ supplies from Covid that could delay any repair), she was extremely defensive & explained to me that I as the only one with an issue, everyone in the community tells them that they do so much & that it wasn't an issue since they were working on it. There are very few events (that they claim take so much of their time that they can't spend on other issues in the buildings) - there have been only 3 since I moved in February & they notify the residents at the last minute.

This is my third apartment in Charlotte and it is the BEST!!!! I found the apt I needed! I will be here forever!!!

My company rented a corporate apartment for me at Lennox SouthPark and I liked it so much that I rented my own apartment and moved down the hall. Since my arrival it is all about location, location location. I can walk to Wholefood Store, a starbucks, Dogwood Southern table, Oak, Dillworth Tasting Room and a sports bar Rusty Bucket. Within a 2-3 minutes drive we are at SouthPark Mall and 15-18 minutes Charlotte Douglas International Airport and uptown Charlotte.

Lennox SouthPark is a great place to live. The community is located at a prime location. Leasing and maintenance staff are the best!

We have been living here for 7 months and truly enjoyed the experience thus far. The amenities are excellent and the staff are responsive to all your needs. The location of the apartment building offers amazing convenience to your living needs.

I moved in the complex in February 2022 and it's been a great place so far. The on-site staff are great people! The residents are also very nice and I've made some aquitances at the dog park already. The premise is always kept up and I feel safe here.

If you are looking for an apartment home in central South Park...this is it.! Great staff. Great amenities! Reasonable rates and the staff is ultra professional yet genuinely friendly! This is a place you would love to live, and if you have a dog...Lennox has one of the largest dog parks in this entire area! Give this place a look, you will be glad you did!

Lennox South Park community is a great place to live. It’s location is in the heart of everything. You can actually walk to South Park Mall and all it’s restaurants.

this is our 2nd time staying at this facility. The staff is absolutly great. They (Shaunna & Emily) make the whole process so easy they are very professional a joy to work with. The facility is perfect, great location - walking distance to everything you need, it has great ammenities (Pool, excersice area, meeting rooms. parking...) & the units aver very good & quite. They also host social events which are fun & allow you to get to know the neighbors!

EMILY EMILY EMILY!! Emily in the leasing office is the absolute best. She has made moving into this apartment complex a breeze. Make sure you work with her and come visit Lennox. This place is the best and close distance to everything.

I absolutely love the location, my apartment, maintenance team and leasing team. However, I can't enjoy my patio and apartment at times due to the presence of roaches. I strongly believe this issue can be controlled by putting together a comprehensive strategy with the restaurants on the first floor and using a respected pest control company. Accepting their presence as normal needs to change. They can be controlled.

Lennox South Park is 1st Class Apartment Complex. Associates in all Positions are Kind & Helpful. Apartment Interiors are Lovely. Common Areas are Superb & well Maintained. Location is best in South Park Area. John Fraley, Resident since 2016!
