The process in finding a home that was within my price range was easy thanks to the office staff. They offered great move in deals and have a variety of different floor plans that are very spacious and bring in a lot of natural light. It’s also very convenient to be around schools and daycares, as well as across/near some very popular stores.

Do not rent here, there is black mold in the foundation and the staff refuse to notify neighbors that could be affected by the black mold. Staff refuses to get testing done on apartments. Do not live here.

This place has been nothing but trouble since day one, we couldent get our virtual lease to sign and then we didn't have hot water then they had to fix the shower and did a shoddy job at it, the dishwasher leaks, the washing machine only runs scalding hot water and the ac conditioner unit in the hall leaks, oh and the water heater above us exploded and caused a massive flood, and to top it all off the rent payment system is terrible and when they don't take your money because they canceled your auto payments they won't tell you they canceled it, or that your late on your rent and then when you try to explain the situation they will take zero fault only replying with "its a error with the system we don't usually get" thanks for absolutely nothing and wasting my time and money
I love living here! Everyone keeps to themselves and even though my apa is facing in. The trees all seem to have been planted specifically to give apartments privacy! I love looking at the greenbelt and the family of cats that roam!

Aventura is a true community with a small town feel. It has modern apartments, is dog friendly and friendly staff. There are great perks like washer and dryer in the unit, fitness center and two beautiful pools.

I would personally not recommend aventura apartments. Its full of college students. Of UTI. Which is not ideal for anyone thats moving in to have peace of mind. Apartments seem yo have issues with their equipment, whether its appliances or A/C systems. They have not been given proper maintainer in a long time. They fail pretty often. Maintenance wont respond in a timely manner because of all the orders to fix things in front of you.

Aventura has a friendly management team and are timely with their communication. They made our move in so easy. I do recommend that hat they clean in detail each unit before they let there new residents move in. But regardless, the layout and flooring is modern. The location is perfect for anyone who loves to eat out so many options!

Aventura is in an amazing location, especially since theyre building up this area. Its next to the freeway and there are so many restaurants nearby. The apartment community has so much potential, which is probably why this survey is being sent out in the first place. If they can remodel and get their community in order, then it could be an amazing place. I love the area.

The communication here is terrible. Make sure you ask all the questions. The leasing agents are no help at all. They never answer the phone or reply to emails!

We have abandoned cars parked around our building. No plates, missing plates, tags from years ago. No one moves them, Ive called, they tagged the once otherwise nothing has been done. There is no parking if you work and come home after 6/7. Residents dont pick up after their dogs. Residents leave their barking dogs outside. People let their dogs use the restroom on their patio and it drips down. No one follows the rules because no one holds anyone accountable. We have stray cats everywhere. I wanted a resident hit one and drive away leaving it in the middle of the street. I send in emails, get no response. I have to call 5 times before someone picks up most times. I get lied to about questions I have. Definitely the worst experience I have had ever living in an apartment.

We currently live here and are ready to move out! We‘ve been here for 1 year and had no hot water for 3 months! We had 3-5 work orders submitted before they found out we needed a new water heater. We also went 2 nights without A/C in the SUMMER time and it reached 95 degrees IN our apartment. The ladies in the front are very contradicting with each other and not to mention unprofessional. They gave us the wrong move out date twice. We honestly can’t wait to move out. They also never answer their phones when you need something it’s like playing cat and mouse with them. They were also supposed to send us an email 2 months prior to check if we were going to move out or renew our lease and we never received it so now we are stuck until mid January. We will never be renting here again nor recommending this apartment complex to anyone!

Hi there, I would like to get some more details about your experience with us. We can understand the frustration regarding work order requests. We are unaware of any apartment home without hot water for 3 months and would like to get more details. Regarding your AC, at times, additional parts are needed to complete a repair. During this time we do everything in our power to accommodate the resident. Whether it is placing a portable unit, placing the resident in a hotel or offering some type of reimbursement for staying with friends, we never want our residents to be uncomfortable especially during the summer months. I've only lived here for two months, but I have had a great experience so far. I feel safe in this community; my neighbors are friendly and staff is very helpful. The grounds are well maintained; maintenance is consistently working on the landscaping and have sprayed for bugs.

Not worth it! Management is terrible! Since day one i have had nothing but issues with them and the lack of responsiveness that has cost me hundreds of dollars and time!!!
i have been living here for two months. When we moved in our dyer was not working (and is still not working), our apartment had thousands of flies and not to mention the staff is super rude. I don't even get greeted, they only talk to my boyfriend and ignore me the whole time. I have told them to send me important email as well but they ignore my request and say they spelled my email wrong their bad and never fix it. I did read some reviews before moving in but i thought they were being dramatic... i was wrong.

Aventura looks like a nice place to live. They have obviously undergone a very cost effective remodel, that is hardly of high quality. The office workers show their displeasure with helping tenants, work orders dont get completed, people hoard parking spots with vehicles they dont drive, and they have no regard for anyones peace and quiet. Living here has been terrible.
Friendly staff, great location and pet friendly. Samantha made my application process easy, fast and I got a great apartment.

My experience with the Aventura Apartments has been mostly positive. We are settled in and are starting to enjoy the sourroundings and ameneties. The area is pretty quiet which is really nice, walls are not thin at all so you can't hear any of the neighbors which is a great thing for me. We are convieniently located to lot's of shopping, resturants and hang outs. This has been an amazing experience and the staff has been extremely helpful. I do recommend the stay here.
After always being a home owner, being a resident at Aventura has been a positive experience. The staff are great and maintenace does an excelent job on keeping the grounds and facilities in emaculate condition.

This is the place to live! Very upgraded and modern! Staff is awesome and always communicating the updates that they have!! Love this place :)
