Property Ratings at Legends at Taylor Lakes
Long story short... since I can't post a lot on this website things have been bad since we moved in. The apartments are old and dated. There were multiple problems when we moved in ranging from AC/Heat problems to pests and flooding problems... yes flooding. Our carpets got soaked when it rained outside and now they are charging us for it. Maintenance has been in our apartment more than I can count. Safety is also a big problem. People that don't live there are easily able to enter especially during the summer months to use the pool. There are many more problems to list.
This an exceptional luxury apartment community. Only a few miles away from downtown, great restaurants, and the mall. The residential grounds remain elegantly maintained and the staff makes sure their residents' needs are met to their satisfaction.
