Great place to live!!!! I lived there for full 5 years and its been an amazing experience for me. Apartments are very clean and nice, its very quiet and great to raise kids there too. Maintenance crew and management are always there to help. I will miss that place for sure

Poor Management/Overpriced
I lived at Legend V Apartments for 2 years up until March 2020. Management was extremely unprofessional, poorly ran, and even harassed my guests. There was constant construction/renovations going on. The space was also not worth the cost and it had paper-thin walls so you can hear everyone around you. I will never recommend living here and fully regret signing any kind of lease.

Welcome Home
When you move into an apartment at Legend V, depending on your personality, you don't just get an apartment. Personally, I feel like this is home and the staff is an extension of my family. I've had nothing but great experiences here, the apartments are spacious with modern appliances, and I've never had an issue with noise. I can only recommend this as a place to call home, it has been a wonderful experience my first year here.

When we were first looking for an apartment, we stop first at Legend V and was instantly impressed but we wanted to look at the other apartments around the immediate area before we made a decision. When comparing apartments none of the other places stood up to the space, quality, and professional staff that Legend V offered. Great place to live
The best decision we made was to move here. It is so quiet and peaceful, and the staff is excellent! The only down side is the parking, but other than that PERFECT. Great location to shopping and eating and close near the freeway.
