Very pleasant and quiet community. Family oriented. Office and maintenance personnel extremely helpful. Community gatherings are always fun to attend.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Most residents keep to themselves but do get together for Clubhouse events. Staff friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly

Its a quiet overall area. Pool is small for the number of tenants. Noise complaints are overlooked/ignored and if we are complaining about ever day noises. The ceilings are very thin we can hear alot of things that go on however dropping of toys/furniture, kids running/stomping their feet are over the top loud.

Been here for about 6 years. It’s a great place to live with awesome staff and more amenities than you could ask for.. if you are looking for a nice apartment community to live in, this is it

The apartment and community are great. However, the apartment is not built to keep noises from the upstairs apartment to be so inconvenient. The noise coming from the apartment above is too much to stand. I am able to hear discussions fromnthe tennants above, not to mention their overly active children's activities and tantrums.

Love my community . We have every thing we need right here and other than to get groceries there is no other reason to leave. Everyone is so kind

Fantastic community and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The units are nice with some good quality materials and amenities. Have very much enjoyed our roughly 4 months here so far!

Cons: The monthly rates are above the norm for comparable communities especially without a long-term lease. The yard maintenance is fair but not great. The quiet hours are not fully enforced inside of units and the courtesy officer does not respond while the incident is occurring. The club house grills and outdoor seating needs an upgrade. Pros: The units are roomy. The office staff are nice and responsive. The maintenance crew is great. The club house resident activities are well done and the clubhouse is well maintained.

The community is clean and quiet. Always lots of community get-togethers. The amenities are amazing and of course the staff are great. Absolutely love, living here.

I think they are all so friendly. Coming and going hello and goodbye with a smile. What more do you need. That make it a pleasant environment.

Apartmemt has been great. Very good community and administration. Very clean, in general, the rules are followed, especially regarding smokers and pet owners cleaning afher their pets.

The staff is friendly and very polite. The accommodations are great and are more than what I expected. I'm not planning to move out anytime soon! Love it so far

Living in this community has been a 10/10 experience for my family. The administration provides excellent attention, and the maintenance service for the apartment is quick and effective. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, making it a wonderful place to call home.

Great amenities including the pool and fitness center. Very helpful staff. I always feel safe and welcome here. I have renewed my lease once before and am likely to do so again.

Legacy Wake Forest is a great place to live! The staff is so nice and doing little fun things during the months for the community and they always have a smile on their face.

We lived in Legacy Wake Forest for two years and only moved because we needed a single family home. If I would stay in an apartment I would continue there. No complaints at all.

Amazing staff ! Very responsive ! Very clean and organized community! Move in was very easy. The applicantion process was easy and fast and a cute little welcome gift upon move in ! I plan to stay here another year

This is a lovely place to live. Everything is very modern and very spacious. Everyone is nice and the complex is safe. I will say the rent is pretty high and parking can be a pain after a certain time but still not a bad place to live.

Amazing. Quiet atmosphere, people that I have met r friendly and the dogs, lol. Almost been here 4yrs. In May. The staff r very helpful and understanding.

Moved here in January 2022. Just renewed our lease for another year. Would sign up for even longer if it were offered. Maintenance staff is exceptional. And kudos to Monica, the Assistant Manager, who has taken great care of us since we initially signed our lease.

The staff is amazing, the community has been nothing but great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment!

Friendly relaxing environment. Only wish there were more sidewalks/paved areas for walking. Summertime is the best- pools and lakes. Enjoying nature

My girlfriend and I love the hassle free living at Legacy Wake Forest. Liz was so helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Move-in was frictionless. The couple minor maintenance issues we have had have been dealt with promptly and thoroughly by Michelle. Any questions or concerns have been taken seriously and addressed completely.

I love living at legacy wake Forest. The residents and staff are so nice and helpful. Maintenance is always responsive. It's been a change going back to apartment living after more than 20 years but Billy son and I are very happy. We are so glad we moved to legacy.

I have been living here for a few years now and I love it! Everything is very modern in the apartment. If you have any issues the maintenance crew comes by pretty quickly once you put in a maintenance request. It can get noisy sometimes because the walls are thin. But the staff and neighbors are very friendly. It’s a safe complex; I’ve never endured any issue while staying here. The amenities are also very nice. I do wish for more parking spots closer to my apartment, but overall a great place to live!

Quiet neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves. Outside maintenance/landscaping has been minimized since moving in.could use better upkeep.

This apartment complex is a great place to live. Convenient to everything! Beautifully kept community, with very spacious apartments. I love that the community is smoke free and the environment is very peaceful. They have great amenities. The clubhouse is beautifully designed. You can simply unwind in front of the fire pit, by the pool, work out in the fitness center, play pool while watching a basketball ball game or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. The complex staff is great. Management is friendly. Maintenance is quick to address any issues and responds in a timely manner.

We have really liked it here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We are older and that is comforting to us. The location is convenient and telling visitors how to get here is easy.

Have not met many friendly people here yet. Alot of them will stare in your face and not speak. Besides that the complex is very clean and quiet. The playground could be bigger and better, its not much amusement for the kiddies to play on.

My husband and I recently moved to Legacy almost 2 months ago and we love it. We really like the property itself and how close everything is to us. Only thing I would say is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear everything around you from upstairs and beside you. Asides from that we have really been enjoying our apartment!!

I feel safe here, which allows me to walk through the complex. The gym is clean and the machines are great. The club house is inviting with the fireplace and the sitting area .

The team was extremely helpful during my move in process and all of my last minute questions. S/O to Monica! Moving in was seamless and the bottle of wine was a nice touch for my breakfast mimosa’s. The community is very clean and I’m happy to be a part of it.

I love this place ?? Living here has been a positive experience. Neighbors are private but friendly. The surroundings are always clean. Maintenance fixes any situation quickly and efficiently. The amenities are very nice and clean. Management does activities frequently for the residents and also bring in food trucks from time to time to support local commerce. Pet friendly place , I love it!!

Legacy at Wake Forest is a great place to live! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. What makes an apartment complex a great place to live is the management. Theresa and her team are top notch! They’ve been here the 5 years I lived here. I loved living here!

I have been staying here for a couple of years and I really have enjoyed it. The neighborhood is nice and I feel very safe in this community! The apartment itself is very modern! They have great amenities, staff are always nice, friendly, helpful and efficient! I would recommend staying here!

Before moving here, 4 years ago, my apartments had all been in private homes, so I was uneasy about moving into a commercial apartment complex. My misgivings were quickly allayed as my experience here could not possible be better. The grounds are beautifully kept. Any of the typical maintenance issues that arise out of daily use are quickly dealt with. But, what make it all work is the excellent, considerate staff. 4 1/2 & years here & leased for another year is evident of how I love it here.

It’s an excellent community, nice green areas, the gym have many great things, it’s very modern, you have a spinning room also the pool is amazing

Love this place. I've been living here for 3yrs. Never lived in an apartment complex before, so i had to get use to it. The environment is good, the staff outstanding, they answer all of my questions, customer service excellent. Very clean. You can get coffee 24hrs., swimming pool, exercise area, basketball court. The ammonites go on and on. Neighbors r quite i really do feel safe at this place. Staff will text you when vendors (food trucks) will be coming out. An staff will have food for u n the club house when holidays come around. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Again I just love this place.

Everyone is friendly and the Staff is very helpful if there are any questions etc. My husband and I like that the property stays neat & holds everyone to a high standard of cleanliness and neatness.

I have got to say, the resident management team is AWESOME! They are smart, informative and very helpful. Great crew! Sometimes this is a challenge with so many residents but I never feel like that. Legacy at wake forest is such a nice area quite and the staff is beyond helpful with any questions and apartments are very clean the recreation areas are very nice great location and friendly staff

The staff is fantastic and quick to help! Service request get done fast and they host resident events often!! I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a place to stay. Its a nice quiet community. I never have problems hearing my neighbors which is so nice!
