Legacy Springs

Legacy was an easy decision for my partner and I. They provide large space in every room, a community that feels like home, and a staff that really cares!

Parking,price,attention to residents complaints, we have lived here a little over a year I would never suggest these apartments to anyone

Legacy Springs is a wonderful place to live. Location is far but closed to everything we need. Hospitals are just down the street, groceries stores are closed by not to mention the district that has shops & movie theater. I've lived 4 years there and has enjoyed every minute of it. Staffs are very friendly and always there to help when needed. One thing I'm going to miss is the movies out on the lawn. Awesome way to meet the neighbors. Thank you Legacy Springs for making me feel at home away from home.

Honestly the worst mistake was moving in these apartments, I had to toss out my bed because I got bed bugs from this apartment and when I called the exterminators after they came and sprayed my apartment they informed me that there were a few other apartments in my building that they had to spray down as well. It was a freaking joke and on top of that management wants to charge me for the exterminators when they had told me that they wouldn't charge since I wasn't the cause! I can't wait to get out of this lease everything is so cheaply made I had maintainence coming in at least once a month because something would stop working. I will definitely miss the area but not these sucky apartments that's for sure.

I have only lived here for 3 months and have had issues with our upstairs neighbors and other neighbors in the same building. The walls are incredibly thin, does not include a microwave, and office staff is the most terrible staff I've ever dealt with. The property is not well kept. There is trash everywhere. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have lived in many apartments over the years. this is by far the worst apartment complex ever. The office staff is a joke, they are nice to you until they get a signed lease and then they could care less about any problems you may have. If you do choose to move here, take before and after photos otherwise they will claim your apartment had problems it didn't and then charge you and arm & leg for them when you move out. these apartments are spacious but very cheaply made. There are much better apartments all over the valley, keep looking save yourself the headache and hole in your wallet.

I called a few different apartment complexes in South Jordan and Riverton. In talking on the phone the office staff was always nice. My wife and I went to check out the apartment complexes and this is the one we liked the most with first impression. The people we talked to were all really friendly and willing to help. They offered suggestions for some of our dilemmas. The apartments are bigger than nearby places and less expensive. The best thing was the transparency with pricing. The other places we visited would ask us what we were thinking of spending then write the prices next to each layout. No matter what we said the cheapest apartment was just under our maximum price! With Legacy Springs, the prices are posted everywhere so it doesn't feel like they're trying to rip you off. Once again, they were really nice and easy to work with!

In my recent search for a new home, I called Legacy Springs, once I asked about the pet policy they hung up on me. I did not bother checking any further.
