Property Ratings at Legacy Park Apartments
These apartments are brand new, but they were built very poorly - at least the building that I lived in. We found many issues in our initial inspection that were never addressed. We had issues with neighbors not picking up their dog waste. Their solution was to send out multiple emails asking tenants to pick up after their dogs. Snow removal was timely, which is important here in Wisconsin.
