Staff sucks! My air still hasn’t been fixed after 2 months! They claimed I had a renovated apartment but it’s not! Wasn’t paired painted properly the frames of the walls come off! My tub needs resurfacing!!! And nobody seems to care! Let’s not get started on the police coming over here almost every other night because of something!!! Trifling neighbors! Property always dirty! I regret ever moving here!

There is nothing positive about this place. AC was down for like a month. They don't respond to maintenance requests. There are roaches and other bugs inside. And the office is nonresponsive. Management is NEVER there. Do better!
My experience at Lynnfield Place has been horrible. When the new management team took over Lynnfield, everything went down. I would advise anyone please do not move here. This particularly team is simply not equipped to communicate with tenants. Maintenance can not fix anything, they are not skilled enough.

Air conditioning has been out for 4 months. No accommodation, no apologies, no pro rate, no nothing but excuses. Yesterday my car was stolen for the second time! Nobody on this property has license to do hvac. If they do they only stay a week! No security no Gate! So criminals have a field day. Kids bust my window over 6 months ago. Reported it to office with report number from mpd. Window is currently still busted. Paying $25 a month for trash pick up but my trash has never been picked up. Alot of shady practices are being performed. I advise anyone in the market to look elsewhere.

If you want to be hot in the summer and cold in the winter then this your place. They don't take care of nothing maintenance wise and will tell you they are not going to fix anything. The new manager is so disrespectful. As she was talking to me her old car would not start. But the maintenance man came quickly to get her up and running. I still have no air! This place is joke.

I’m not happy with my current living conditions. Every time I complain the staff tell me how old the apartments are. If the apartment are so old and not up to 2022 standards. I want to pay the rent amount of 1970!!!

This apartment has been extremely disappointing from day 1, quite literally. Most of my time here was extremely average and uneventful, but in the times there were glaring issues, the process of fixing them was ridiculously difficult. I would not recommend living here for many reasons, but management is the biggest one.

Overall this is a good complex to settle in. The staff tries to tend to everyone as quick as possible. Even staying over some days to make sure everyone is set for the day. The community is nice and quiet with two pools and a gym, so it’s great if you’re an active person. It’s also dog friendly!

It's going on almost 2 years and my experience has with this apartment complex has constantly went down. I put in a maintenance requests for my a/c unit weeks ago and I never had anyone respond. They put trash can in front of residents door steps and no one comes to lick them up allowing neighbors trash to blow everywhere. Worst of all I stepped outside my doorstep and had dog poop at my door step. I am so angry with these apartments because I assure you they are not cheap to live in. The rent is expensive and residents should deal with a better environment and not wake up to dog poop at their door step and maintenance should respond. Not sure how long I will be staying in these apartments because it seem they slowly but surely going down.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The community is fine, grounds are nice and decently well kept. But the maintenance here is APPALLING. they have NO excuse to be this bad. No idea if it’s the maintenance people themselves, or if it’s the management, but you’d be better off living literally anywhere else.

Do not move here. The pictures online are falsely advertised. The apartments are not up to date to match the high rental prices. Renovations are done to make the apartment appear to look nice but in actuality, the pipes, hot water tank, the a/c unit, the plumbing, the appliances, and everything that makes the apartment a functioning living space is outdated, needs repair, and replacement with something NEW.

Just don't even waste your time. The apartment isn't worth it. It has too many maintenance issues for the maintenance people to keep up with The staff is barely helpful. She and whatever temporary help she has at the moment provides little to no service. They will take your money though and then pretty much disappear. Save yourself the money and frustration.

I would’ve given Lynnfield a good review before the management switched over. Back then, the longest we had to wait for a maintenance issue to be resolved was 3 days. It’s an entirely different story after the switch. While I will say that they are cleaning up the outside area and parking lots to make it look nicer, it’s merely a facade to hide the myriad issues within. Now, maintenance requests take at least a month, and you have to keep calling in order to even get that. It seems like the staff is disorganized and not competent to meet the demand of a functioning apartment complex. I often find myself asking what I am I even paying rent for if my a/c has been broken for months? It’s not worth the rent to have to live with a bunch of unresolved issues.

Lynnfield is quiet and mostly everyone keep their dog on a lease as stated in the contract. Ms Joann is the best in the office, and Will B. always do a good job in maintenance. If you have any problems it will be resolved immediately.
Call and spoke with Carolyn about an apartment and she was very sweet and knowledgeable I can't wait to live at Lynnfield, very good Customer Service.
They never address your concerns in a timely manner then act like you the problem when u leave a messed up review they never answer the phone or address the issue they only act concern.
Lynnfield has responded to every problem we have had in our apartment (not many) in a fast and reliable manner. We have received profecionalism and friendliness in every situation.

Careless grounds keeping, trash often everywhere and under all stair cases across complex that no one removes. Cosmetic issues in apartments that are safety and sanitary issues.

The community on the outside is great its when you get inside I can only speak for my unit its terrible I get it about the older property but if you are renting to people the units should be ready to move make the necessary improvements to make the people who rent from happy we all work hard for our money And when come home you want to relax I shouldnt have to worry if this is fixed or not call the office about this problem it has gotten old very quickly
The complex is relatively quiet with a diverse resident population. Ive lived here since 8/2017 & so far have found the office staff and maintenance staff to be courteous and professional. Although this is an older complex, I have no major complaints.
I love Lynnfield Place! My family and I have been here two years without any issues.
Its a good place and comfortable community but the managers should please their residents more.
