Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. It feels more like a vacation spot! The pool is amazing, the apartment is clean and new. We are located to alot of great stores for easy access (even with a golf cart),.especially Costco. We haven't even been here a week, but we are really enjoying it, and look forward to making many great memories here!

Celebrating my one year anniversary of living at Legacy MTP. Really feel safe here. I have to admit, it is further away from most excitement of the beaches and Charleston but is so quite and peaceful. I only wish each building could be designated as non-pet or pets. The cost is basically the same as other new apartments in the MTP area. This section of Mt Pleasant feels like the end of the road because it backs up to the Francis Marion Forest but there are multiple businesses opening and expanding further north on Hwy 17.

Disgusting mold infested apartments. Their solution to fixing this health hazard was to paint over it. When we asked them to fix it properly they told us it was cosmetic at this point. We asked to move out and they agreed but only if we paid $1,900. Which is ridiculous considering it’s a pandemic and the situation is a health hazard for my family to live there.

I have lived in so many apartment complexes around the country and Legacy stands out by far! The property is always clean, maintenance is quick to respond, the staff is so nice and genuinely care, the amenities are high-end, the floorplans are big and modern... I can't say enough good things. If you are looking for an apartment, this is the place to be.
