About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Known to many as “Race City USA,” it is the home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame, many NASCAR and IndyCar racing teams and drivers, plus several racing technology suppliers; Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch are among the many drivers who have facilities in the area.
Mooresville is also home to the world headquarters of Lowes Companies, one of the biggest employers in the region. Nearby Huntersville hosts the annual Renaissance Festival, which runs from early October to late November every year. Lake Norman sits just to the west of town, providing a popular destination for swimming, boating, and fishing.

Great location. Close to the town and the lake. Nice, clean apartments. Amenities are pretty good. Office staff are great and knowledgeable, as is the maintenance team. Overall... I`m very happy here.
It’s been great working with them! They have been super accommodating! Made sure everything was clean and updated while I was working with them to get moved in!

Community is very quiet, I love the birds in the morning when they are singing. Very Lush community, clean. You can take a nice walk around the community and enjoy the weather. Dog park is easily accessible. Everyone is really nice here. Maintenance tries to get to you as soon as they can. Pool is pretty decent, clean and warm. Overall we love living in this community.

We have lived at Legacy Lake Norman for several years and have loved every moment of it. The staff is friendly and quick to address any concerns. The maintenance team is experienced and capable of handling all the maintenance request that could come up in the apartments. I've had several of varying degrees of complexity and they were all handled professionally and in one visit. Anyone looking for a quite place to live that has a full exercise/weight room and a pool should really look into Legacy Lake Norman. You will be glad you did.

Great place to live. Close to things in Mooresville town.. close to the lake.. Davidson is 10 minutes away for a walk around the shops. I`ve not had any issues since moving in. Summer is around the corner and the landscaping has just been done.. it looks neat and tidy!

I love it here! Everyone is so kind and understanding and help me when I need it. The location is nice. I’m still in Mooresville but don’t have to deal with all the Mooresville traffic on a daily. I love the amenities, especially the dog wash station (it definitely has made it easy to clean my husky when he gets all muddy). The noise level is so low I barely hear any of my neighbors. It’s always clean!

The rent is too expensive for a small city with little to nothing to do. You can actually find lot of cheaper places that are only 5 mins away.

Wish they cleaned the breezeways from leaves more often. Also they charge you to keep your bike on your patio/balcony which is insane if you ask me. Wouldn't recommend this place to live, just a lot of things they should do better. Like actually fixing the mail room door instead of sending out emails complaining about people stealing other people's packages. This place was better living before they changed management. Since then, my rent has gone up and my car has been broken into (it was parked next to my door in the complex). Really seems like the new owners really don't care about the well being of the residents.

Office people we friendly neighbors or quiet over all the community is great we have been here close to 3 months and I have no complaints..the only thing we’re struggling with is we have been locked out of our mailbox and still haven’t got that fixed yet :(

I love living at Legacy Lake Norman. The peacefulness of this complex its superb. The location is convenient for everything I need. The staff is always helpful and understanding and so far I have not had a single issue with the unit or the building I reside.

So far so good. Pretty much a nice.. and clean place to live. Office staff are friendly and helpful. The couple of maintenance requests I`ve put in have been dealt with. Only issues are things I`ve not had to deal with since moving into flats. Loud people in the flats around me.. Good price, great location for me for work.

Everything is okay, no complaint so far. I just wish that they wouldn't water the grass in the afternoon so that I can walk around a little bit more.

Great community however it takes them a while to respond to emails. I have been waiting on leasing concessions since I moved in. Haven’t received any each time I ask they give you the run around and never heard from again then back to square one asking again.

I’ve met the nicest neighbors and staff of any complex I’ve lived in. This is a very welcoming community! Everything is modern and up-to-date. Maintenance crew is nice and responsive. If you work for the hospital, you couldn’t find a more convenient place to live.

Legacy Lake Norman is a well maintained community with many features that fits all ages, especially senior citizens. Although we are only a small portion of the community all my doctors' offices are within walking distance of my apartment as in the Lake Norman Regional Hospital.

Love the neighborhood. Its quiet and safe. Super convenient to everything. Maintenance crew is awesome. I am super pleased with the apartment complex overall. We need more chair around pool though.

Staff is nice and the area is nice, not a whole lot of crime. Very nice ammenities. Gym isn’t too bad. Pool is nice. Dark park is alright, dog poop adds up and overflows pretty often though without getting picked up for days.

It's close to Lowe's campus and the business spark nearby, great for young workers starting their job but there are not many fun things going on here

Awesome, sweet, calm and quiet and love to continue to opt for this community and also recommend my friends as well. Have very natured and mature people, and had been an excellent experience staying here especially during evening walks and meeting people and saying hi.

Legacy Lake Norman apartment homes is an excellent place to live. They have a good selection of sizes and floor plans to choose from. The maintenance group does an excellent job of responding to maintenance requests for items in the apartment. The sales staff is extremely helpful and very professional and courteous which really impressed me when we first talked with them. If you are new to the area and looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Legacy Lake Norman as your first choice!
