The neighborhood of Ingram Park surrounds the mall for which it is named. The popular Ingram Park Mall is an indoor shopping destinations filled with well-known stores like Dillard’s, Macy’s, and JCPenney. For those who can’t get enough shopping at the mall, strip plazas surrounding the mall contain even more shops and restaurants.
The mall sits along I-410, making it easy for area residents to get around the San Antonio area. Downtown San Antonio is only about 10 miles southeast from Ingram Park, so the area is a terrific option for commuters who want to get to work in under 15 minutes. In addition to the mall, Ingram Park is close to the San Antonio Aquarium, Cathedral Rock Park, and the Grissom Trailhead. SeaWorld San Antonio is on the southwest side of the neighborhood.

This place will treat you like a number. Don't even get me started on how poor the apartment looked upon move in. I was pregnant having to do other people's jobs.

This apartment complex has one of the most unprofessional and disorganized office staffs I’ve ever dealt with. Anytime there’s an issue — whether it’s maintenance, billing, or vendor-related — the only consistent response is “we don’t know.” There’s never a clear answer or resolution, just confusion and blank stares. It feels like no one is trained to actually help. On top of that, they send out community texts and announcements with passive-aggressive or slick comments, which only adds to the frustration. Instead of fostering a respectful environment, they come across as dismissive and immature. If you’re looking for a place with competent management that respects its residents and handles problems professionally, I’d highly suggest looking elsewhere. There is a reason they are not accredited by the BBB…

I have lived here since 2018 when it was still fairly new & I have not regretted it. I stayed in a 1 bedroom at first & then moved into a 2 bedroom. It has still been a blessing to live here. The apartments have been through 3 office crews since I have lived here & I must say that I have enjoyed the first & the current crew. They are very welcoming, on top of taking care of the place, & will enforce the rules. The apartments are nice & well maintained. I love the fact that I can go get coffee in the clubhouse everyday. They are always keeping us informed. At times, it really does feel like a resort. Now, I must warn you that you will need a car, unless, you don’t mind riding the bus. There are bus stops right in front of the apartment & there is a bus transfer right down the street. There is a cute little walking trail next to us. And, a mall right down the street. It looks like they are starting to build more things in this area so that there are other things to do. All in all, I do not have any complaints about the place. Otherwise, I would have left a long time ago. It really is a good place to live if you are okay with abiding by the rules & ensuring that you are able to pay your rent. I just hope that I am able to continue living here. My financial present is a little shaky, right now. God will provide. Don’t listen to the naysayers. This is the first place I have been able to say such nice things about. You will not regret it. Oh! And it is military-friendly! I should know because I am a veteran.

This property never works maintenance tickets. They nickel and dime residents. They brought in employees from Bryton and they have become extremely evil! I’ve had a leaking ceiling and for 4 months still not fixed. Brand new building and the floors are uneven, the doors fall off the cabinets, and the toliet installed crooked. There are so many better places out there that actually care about residents.
The pool has been green for weeks! Do not rent here! The pool should be clean and able to swim in, there's no excuse to have a green dirty pool that renters pay for but aren't able to use. Don't pay for amenities that you don't receive. Rent somewhere else!
